The property is great, but the best part is that Von even helped us secure a place on her day off!! We are in the process of selling our house and needed to vacate quickly to be able to show the house. Thank God for people who do their jobs with such enthusiasm and dedication!!!

New ownership group just moved in and the new management team is a joke. Changing locks to 24-7 spaces like the package locker and I didn’t receive notification. No resident portal to make payments and received an eviction notice because the new ownership moved in and didn’t notify me that I needed to make a payment elsewhere. Avoid like the plague.

Staff was very helpful and gave me all the info needed. Any questions I had were answered. Application process very easy and signing lease and move in where extremely smooth. Love the welcome gift.

I enjoy living Kinstead McKinney. I’ve been here for a few years and there’s no other place I’d rather be. The office is very kind and responsive. The maintenance workers take very good care of the property. I would highly recommend living here.

Kinstead McKinney is in the perfect location. It is right in the middle of major retailers, grocery stores and endless possibilities of things to do.

If anyone is looking to live in a great community where safety and ease of living is your top priority, the come to Kinstead Mckinney! I actually get very excited to come through the doors of my new home every single day knowing this community is safe and people are very respectful. The maintenance attend to your concerns, if any, very quickly. There is so much entertainment, food, grocers, and restaurants around the area to fill every need. The leasing staff shows up and makes you very comfy and at home! Don't think about it, come on over!!

It has been a pleasure living at Kinstead. The apartments are clean and quiet. I have not had any negative experiences with the apartment while living here.

I've been living at Kinstead for over 3 years. They have beautiful and modern amenities and floor plans. They do a great job at keeping this place clean. Maintenance respond quickly to requests and is fast, efficient, and friendly. The residential staff are also responsive, helpful, kind, and likeable people. One of my favorite part about living at Kinstead is the gym!! I love their gym and community events. I've made some friends at both.

Kinstead McKinney has a top notch maintenance crew!!!!

I love my apartment and its location, but the stairwell is unpleasant, with spider webs everywhere and a bad smell. Parking is limited to my side of the building. Despite these issues, I overall enjoy living here and recommend it.

When it comes to living in an apartment the quality of work and timing of maintenance is important of which Kinstead does a great job.

Moving to Kinstead from Houston turned out to be an incredibly smooth experience for my family and me. Despite not having the opportunity for an inspection visit, I relied on the glowing reviews that painted a positive picture of this community, and it turned out to be the right choice. Our new unit at Kinstead exceeded our expectations. It's not just a living space; it's a home. One of the highlights is its proximity to the swimming pool, providing a refreshing and enjoyable atmosphere. The surroundings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also create a sense of community and relaxation. One of the standout aspects of Kinstead is the top-notch maintenance service. In the short time we've been here, we've had a couple of maintenance issues, but each time we raised a ticket, the problems were addressed promptly, usually within 1-2 business days. This level of responsiveness has significantly contributed to our positive experience, making us feel well taken care of and valued as residents. Beyond the physical attributes of the apartment, Kinstead goes above and beyond to create a sense of community. The organized activities have been a delightful surprise for us. We participated in a Saturday brunch that allowed us to connect with our neighbours, fostering a sense of camaraderie. The pie day event was exceptional, adding a touch of warmth and homeliness to our experience. In summary, everything about Kinstead has been positive, from the initial decision to move here to the day-to-day living experience. The management and staff at Kinstead are doing an excellent job in maintaining the community and ensuring the well-being of its residents. I appreciate the effort they put into creating a living space that goes beyond just four walls, making it a true home. Kudos to Kinstead, and may they continue their outstanding work.

Kinstead is a state-of-the-art community with knowledgeable and efficient staff. The location is also very desirable with easy access to Frisco, McKinney, and Allen. Highly recommend this community!!

Kinstead McKinney is amazing in all forms. The amenities are great and it’s a plus that they are open 24 hours and they are getting a stair master next year! Maintenance is always so quick and efficient and the leasing agents are always so nice and professional. The managers are also so great!!!

From the first showing, through move-in, and for the 2 months I’ve lived here, I am very satisfied. The apartments are clean, quiet, and well-maintained. There is some noise from the highway, but it’s like white noise to us now. My old apartment was much louder from city street noise. The staff is top-notch, always friendly, and they go out of their way to help. I got nothing in exchange for this review. I just wanted to share my positive experience at Kinstead McKinney.

Love living here!! Quiet, clean, modern, beautiful decorations in the common area, and close to the highways for easy access. I love the apartment gym and the staff!! They are quick to respond, helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. I also like the people that lived here. Everyone has been nice and I've made a few friends.

I absolutely love living here! I never have any issues at all! Maintenance is super fast! I told them I wouldn’t be home until 4 and we were both walking in together! My issues are always attended to immediately & perfectly!

Great location, everything is close by. Apartments are neat and clean. Rent & Garage Prices could have been reasonable.

The front office staff and maintenance staff here at Kinstead are amazing! Every time I need something fixed, it is completed quickly and if I have any questions or concerns they are taken care of by the office staff!

Kinstead McKinney it's a great community, close to shopping, tollway and service roads, residents are extremely cordial and helpful. Unlike what I've experienced in any other residential communities I've resided in. Extremely pleasant and very affordable for me as a resident.

Kinstead has been as quick as possible to resolve any issues. My son and I love the ammenities, and how quiet it is. My favorite part about living here is just sitting on my balcony at night. It’s so peaceful. We have had maintenance issues (nothing super serious when it occurred), but they were all handled promptly. I appreciate that.

This is a wonderful place to call home. There will always be slight inconveniences living in an apartment complex but Kinstead managment has always been great at communication and they go above and beyond to take care of the community and any issues always get addressed in a timely manner. We love it so much here that we will renew for a 3rd year

From move in, the office staff has been super kind and helpful. No matter what I needed when I called, they were quick to help me with it as well as answered fast. Getting my keys to move in took literally 5 minutes and the apartment was clean when I entered. No complaints so far!

Having completed my second month here, I have fully acclimated to residency here. It’s become my new home. Love it.
