This suburb of Massachusetts is settled between Boston and Providence with about a 30 mile distance to both neighboring cities. Nature preserves, wetlands, and forests make up the beautiful landscape of Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The Great River Preserve holds one of the most scenic and undisturbed stretches of the Taunton River, expansive open fields, woodlands, and rare species. Its trails will take you through 125 acres of nature where you’ll see an abundance of wildlife. This preserve is an asset to the community, as is Bridgewater State University.
Bridgewater State University is a cornerstone to the city with its safe, supportive culture, diverse community, and lively campus. Public transportation is available through the local train stations, and you’ll find a variety of eateries and public parks throughout town. The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Kingswood Park Village
I have lived here for years in a third floor unit and it's soo quiet here. large unit 700+sq.ft. Hallways, common areas and grounds are cleaned and maintained regularly. Prompt snow removal and sanding of walkways and parking areas. Safe to walk anytime including after dark. Great neighbors always. "Most" reasonably priced quality housing that I'm aware of in Bridgewater.
I live in a spacious 2 Bedroom Town House condo , (End Unit). Updated Kitchen & bathrooms. Amenities that one can enjoy includes swimming pool, tennis and basketball court. This Apartment is in close proximity to major highway routes (RT 24 & 495), Bridgewater State university and the Commuter rail line which takes you right into Boston. It's in a great location and very family friendly environment.
Kingswood Village Apartments is one of the best kept apartment secrets in the area! Priced below what they should be charging (don't tell them!) the apartments are open roomy, comfortable and well built. There is a pool with a lifeguard, tennis courts, play areas for kids, and a great office staff on duty every day. The best thing about Kingswood is the reliability of the maintenance crew and utilities! During Snowmageddon last year, the crew worked around the clock, staggering the areas that were plowed based on need and safety issues. They were exhausted, but provided amazing service under stressful circumstances! Two years ago, nearly everyone in town lost electrical power for days. Not us! As a matter of fact, my friend who lives in a McMansion in the pricy part of town had to come stay with us because we kept power on during the marathon outage, while she didn't get it back for days. My home is safe, diverse, well managed, and friendly. I am never moving.
