Property Ratings at Kingridge Apartments
Nice place. I have lived at a few different places and management really cares here. First of all, they are putting in a lot of effort, repainting the whole exterior of the property and stuff like that - looks real good. Also, whenever I had an issue over the past two years (once a leaky sink, once a stuck window) maintenance came and took care of it promptly (I tried to give the maintenance guy a tip and he refused...) So the place is nice , the staff is nice - that's good enough for me.
This is the perfect place if you are a older person or just starting out. the area is well maintained and staff are very helpful. has a pool lounge chairs and tables. large party room. and very Quite.
All the residents here are so friendly and helpful. The manager and maintenance staff are superb. It is in walking distance to middle school and just minutes to library, grocery stores, churches and downtown. We enjoy our pool and community room.
I honestly love my apartment. It's a small studio apt that fits my little dog and me perfectly. This is the first place I've ever lived at on my own and I'm proud to say I've been self sufficient. That's not to say it hasn't been a struggle though. Since moving here, my bills have gone up but my earnings have remained the same. I'm sure everyone has the same story and mine isn't particularly unique. But living here has been one of the greatest adventures of my life so far. I feel like I've grown as an adult taking care of my own home by myself. It's been my safe haven and I truly do adore it. I don't expect to win this, but if there are people out there who have a chance at winning free rent for a year or even life, you are truly giving people a huge blessing. I would be way beyond honored to win but I realize how slim the chances are. Thank yall for blessing someone somewhere out there! <3
