So far, so great! My husband and I just moved here and the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. The apartment is incredibly spacious and well laid out, and the maintenance team works diligently to right any wrongs you bring to their attention. Their pet-friendly policies have also been life-saving as we have 3 large dogs. Highly, highly recommend!

Love the proximity to stores and friendly people here. I would say- the garabage area has seen better days and grass could get some love but other than that. It’s home!

Most of the tenants are outstanding neighbors! There a few who think this is an auto shop and are working on cars. I suggest this needs to be done in the back parking lot. The screened porches are our biggest asset! The master bathrooms need more counter space. Love it here!

We absolutely love living here. The people around us are wonderful. Our neighbors are very friendly. We really love it. The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful! The office staff and maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When a maintenance request is submitted, the maintenance is always very respectful when entering the apartment and they are able to answer any questions I may have. The front office staff is responsive to inquiries if I stop into the office and they promptly return calls if a message has been left with the office.

We stayed at this apartment for 2 and half years in the 500 building, if you want to be roommates with cockroaches and bugs and spiders go ahead. The management is the worst possible group, unresponsive and arrogant and rude at best. The carpets were old and nasty, the hvac unit would break 4 times a year and would be out 2-3 days before they would even respond and it was not even covid. We had to call them regarding the dishwasher and the sink over 30 times and they refused to fix it every time. The sink would be leaking and their response was it’s just old. bugs bugs bugs would be crawling the unit and they charge you 36$ annually for pest control and never did anything nor ever sprayed. The entry to our unit would be and still is filled with bugs. Very nasty complex and management and units, attitude of the staff is just awful. Rent at your own peril. 1
The management here is the worst in the world, BUT the apartments are great.. I love my apartment and the area. I have huge rooms and great walk-in closets. My walk-in closet could also be used as a spare bedroom.. HUGE
