At first great, Now Horrible

Update : The initial move in feel was great. Now that we have been here for a couple months, I am disappointed. Requested maintenance to come fix a leaking window that soaks the living carpet every time it rains, to fix a faucet that never shuts off and to replace a smoke detector that is completely broken and won't stop sounding off the alarm. Still haven't fixed any of them and the first 2 requested were randomly marked completed even though they came out looked at the window and faucet and said they would have someone come back out when they got the parts. They still haven't fixed the stairs leading up to the apartments that were reported ( by a leasing agent) on August 1st ( the day I moved in) and reported again by a maintenance person a couple weeks ago. Another update is that we have extremely loud neighbors who have their TV and music blasted 24/7 (8am-2am). When we posted about it online we received a response to contact the office during the day so they can address the problem. We called the office one day when they had their music so loud that we were unable to hear anything in our apartment like a concert and everything was vibrating on our walls. The person in the office said that they couldn't do anything that we should try to call the after hours community patrol so they could figure out the problem. 100% disappointed in this community. They put on a great front when you first move in, but after the first couple months its all downhill. First review: So far this place is great ! Feels safe even at 3am when I have to leave in the morning. Apartments are well kept. The parking lot is maintained. Communication at first was a little rough, but has been great since we actually moved in. and the best part about this entire complex in the Maintenace staff. They are the real stars of the show. They are quick and nice. They fix everything great and in a timely manner. They are all super friendly and attentive. Donavan the service manager has been the absolute best person to come into contact with where. The reason I took one star away is all the dog poop everywhere! There are massive amounts of dog poop all of the property and impossible to walk any where with out stepping in it ( rocks, sidewalks, grass, parking lot).

After One Month Living in Keystone Apartment

I don't usually write reviews. But I think people who interest to move in this apartment need to know the actual review after one month of living in this apartment. Maybe I was the unfortunate one who got a crazy neighbor. I needed to put complaints to the apartment office 2 times about noise in a month. That was my upstairs people constantly playing music in loud bass speakers, a woman screaming and yelling 1 am, 4 am. And I don't know how loud they are playing TV, I can hear Big Bang Theory show till I go to bed. I know I rent an apartment. I know people are living around me so close together. But I do not want to hear this unnecessary noise and pay not cheap rent. And nothing changed. I can still hear loud music even though I wear noise-canceling earphones. The office does nothing. The apartment has paper-thin walls and floors. After a month of living in the Keystone Apartment, I decided to move out soon as possible. Dealing with selfish neighbors and non-care apartment management had already exhausted me after a month of living. So, please. Read this and find another apartment.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not rent from here!!! If you want to live in a place that doesn’t have proper working a/c and your kids cry because it’s so hot. They also give you an apartment with someone else’s gum all stuck in the dryer, dirty washer, vents filthy., blinds falling apart and the list goes on! This is the place for you. Then when you go and complain to the sales office they just tell you it’s an old building and do NOTHING to help!

Worst apartment I have lived in

Living in an "updated" unit. Furnace broke, water heater needed to be replaced. When they replaced the water heater it leaked worse than the old one. Water leak from upstairs? Lets cut a hole in the wall and leave it for a few weeks with tenants repeatedly requesting it gets patched. This closet here, only one of the two doors its supposed to have. This closet, two doors that are too big so they wont close. Don't be fooled by the new microwave this place is a crap hole.

Thankful

I’m extremely relieved and thankful that my problematic and unfriendly neighbors have moved out! I have always had a great relationship with the office staff especially Melissa and Mayra and Maintenance Gino and our newest maintenance gentleman. I am thankful that they did everything they could to help me during the time they were my neighbors because I know they there wasn’t much they could do but we’re understanding and listened to me vent. They were very strange people and were making life very difficult and threatening me and tormented my dog and I had to contact authorities several times. I appreciate the office staff so much for everything that they do I know their hands were tied and they have to be a neutral party and they put up with me going in weekly in tears because of them. They’re truly awesome people and I couldn’t ask for better people to manage this property they’re personable, caring and friendly. They are always doing what they can to make sure that I’m safe since I live alone and have health issues and my dog adores them all and they’re always super friendly to him as well!! I’m sorry for the mess they will have to deal with since they were difficult people living next door to me I am sure they were difficult tenants and if the inside of the apartment looks anything like how they left the outside I am sure it’s going to be a headache for maintenance and the office ladies. I can’t express enough the relief I have that they’re out of here!! Thank you to all the staff for everything you do!!

poor customer service

leasing office staff is condescending and poor communicators, recently gave us a bill, we paid it, and then they sent us a notice saying we didn't pay it and slapped on a late fee.

Poor customer service

The staff here are rude, inconsiderate and make frequent errors in billing. They are slow to fix issues in the apartments and never clean the chimney which creates a fire hazard.

Great place to live!

This is a great place to live, I really appreciate the office staff as they help me out whenever I need it with different tasks. The apartments are well laid out, and all of your needs are within walking distance such as grocery stores.

Old and broken down

Maintaince takes forever, management is rude, mold, spiders, fuzzy beetle things, nosey and loud neighbors. Go across the street if anything! Turn around.

Recent transplant form out of state. WORST apt EVER

Office staff stupid, ditzy and incompetent. Told office day after move in I was missing a refrigerator shelf and the microwave shelf. Took 2.5 mths for fridge shelf. 3.5 mths still no micro shelf. Didn't plow or shovel after blizzard for 24 hrs. Dog feces and garbage cover grass, sidewalks, and parking lot. Pool is small, gym not as good as advertised. Car stolen from parking lot within first few mths. When you call for service no response for days. Called Greystar, left 17 msgs still nothing. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. 0 stars but can't submit unless at least 1 is filled in. Any good review is a lie. All my neighbors hate the place and tell me they complain daily. Several claim to file with BBB often. Look there first. I wish I had.

New Resident

I recently moved into a beautiful apartment in this community and had prompt maintenance from the staff while I was moving in. The staff was helpful and friendly and continues to check up on me as I've gotten more settled in. Love the property and can't wait to try out the gym and the pool when summer comes!

getting Better

Used to take forever for maintenance to come but with recent office changes that has improved. Now if only they had a no tolerance policy with domestic violence issues I would rate this a 4. Once ok your issue. Twice I see a pattern starting. 3 times the offender should be banned from the property via no trespassing order. Office staff is a lot nicer however the manager speaks rudely to the staff which I find offensive. All in all good neighborhood. Decent apartment size and price is very competitive.

keystone app. A building stone for your family

I love this apartment is spacious fireplace washer dryer and dishwasher at no extra cost. the facilities are pet friendly and kid friendly we have 24 hour access to workout room and indoor basketball cour.the office staff is very friendly understanding and helpful to everyone no matter what. I love the view the fact that we're surrounded by trees and live stock(cows).my kids love the pool and as well as space to put up soccer goals. I love this facility and I'll recommend it to anyone and everyon.
