When I moved into my new apartment, I had to wait for the keys to be made and Kenwood hired cleaning people to clean the apartment the day I moved into it. I wasted a half day waiting until 3:00 p.m. to move all of my furniture. If I move into a new place then the morning the apartment opens is when i should receive my keys and the apartment already cleaned prior to move in date. Also, the first day I moved in I got my package stolen. If an apartment has to use a third party like Fetch to ensure your packages are delivered to your apartment then it’s obvious there is a stealing problem.

This apartment tenant device is extremely bad. A lot of hidden fee is added with the shown rent including pest control, package delivery and so on but any service is hardly provided. My package from Amazon get lost after it said it was delivered. I have made a request for pest control at May 3. A guy came in May 9 and said pest controller will come in May 16 and I need to pack all my kitchen stuffs and leave apartment for 4 hours I did as per they said and when I called next day for asking why they didn’t put any chemicals they didn’t have any solid reason. They just made excused saying we will do next Tuesday. That is so unprofessional. And the security here is rarely weak as any person can enter as the front gate is always open.

Be very careful with this property. They seem to just want to take your application money and run. We were charged $260. We were never called back, we had to keep calling them and asking what's going on. And even after we got something back from them, we still couldn't get an explanation with no return calls. Avoid this place unless you want to lose your application money which is ridiculous nowadays what they charge you.

Security is not great. The front gate is always broken and it is very easy to get into complex. Anyone could get in. There is no security cameras anywhere which sucks cause thieves love the cars here. they have stolen tires and my car alone has been broken into 3 times and management did nothing. After the 3rd time i knew it was time to go. Also it may not seem like it at first but the roaches will eventually come. This Complex is infested with them and may do a good job hiding them in the beginning, But eventually they will come. And watch out for the electrical sockets. alot of them aint right and are hazardous. Would call for maintenance but they never actually fix the problem.

Great Maintenance. Office staff, including management. Could care less about what goes on here. When the office closes for the day or on Saturday, tenants and visitors are pretty much on their own, because there is no security here either in person or by camera. This has been going on for over three years.

Here at Kenwood Club at the Park Apartments, we strive for excellence, and are disappointed to hear that you received anything less.
Management NEVER picks up the phone if the call is from a tenant. They NEVER return messages left on voicemail either. There are abandoned, old, rusty cars/trucks all over. Management tagged them orange stickers to warn the vehicle owners of towing but they never delivered, not one of those eyesores were removed. People tailgate when entering the property and that’s for both tenants and their guests. It’s that easy to enter the apartment complex. The front fence has 2 bars missing enough for a grown man to squeeze in. I’m not surprised if that’s how the thieves got in, to steal car wheels/tires and break into apartments. Heck, the fence surrounding the property is so easy to climb. No security cameras anywhere, not even at the front gate to capture vehicle license plates of people coming and going. Terribly old, barely-running appliances in the units. The wall sockets are all loose, which is a fire and electric shock hazard. Wiring is unpredictable and appliances randomly shut off. Maintenance keeps coming to put a band aid on the problem, not really fixing the issue. Pest control is a joke, there roaches everywhere. Already spent my own money buying good pesticide to keep the roaches at bay. This place is cheap but this is the hood. Loud people, with loud music, and cars racing late in the evening. Get out while you can, you have been warned.

I just moved in a week ago and already I’m so glad I’m a resident. My neighbors are so nice and the grounds and parking lot are super clean. No loud music or commotion at night either (there was plenty where I just moved from) I’m happy to be here and plan to stay for years to come!

Lease was signed far in advance as I was moving from out of state and before moving in the apartment # got changed twice because the other two weren’t ready. We couldn’t get keys until 5pm. When we moved in the apartment wasn’t clean, roaches dead on the floor, paper stuffed around windows and carpet. I’ve requested washer to be exchanged because it bangs when it spins and I was told I wasn’t loading it correctly. Seems like apartment was just painted to cover up imperfections. The manager did come to address my problems the next day and said she would have housekeeping come and that never happened. I’m stuck with a one year lease and just so disappointed on how everything has been handled.
The complex is getting increasingly pleasant to live. Some improvements are still needed however progress is excellent.

Definitely not the most secure place to live in, most of the issues residents have here is the lack of security. Although it is a gated community, there is easy access to the property Because of the poor security system they have on the entrance outside people can come in and out and we have experienced acts of vandalism inside the property and also that theft and break in to residents vehicles.
We decided to renew our lease contract at this place, we feel very safe here,kind staff and residents, good place with affordable price and you get help from them in short time..thank yoy kenwood club Community

I love Kenwood Club at the Park. I've even considered joining the Grey Star family.
Overall, Kenwood Club at the park are really nice apartments. The new maintenance men suck. I just recently put in request for broken appliances and roaches and they did not do well with their job.

The problem is upper management. If you have an issue and go to the office, most of the time the girls cant give a solution due to upper management. So at the end hardly anything get resolved.

The only reason I still live here is because of the maintenance staff and Isabel. But its not enough! You people need to enforce your rules to make this place better for their residents.
Very friendly family oriented clean and place for kids to play and swim safely and we think the Kenwood club staff for all their help in regards of maintenance and cleaners

Spoke to someone last week in regards of leasing a 3br.. All information was given and I was told it would not be ready until the 25th of August. I agreed that was fine and we continued the process. All that needed to be done was a virtual tour which was to be sent via email. For starters the link I got took me to a page that said “page not found” so I called back to ensure someone could atleast do a walk through for me since the website did not have the floor plan I wanted. I was told that I would get something sent to me email once again. I waited two days, nothing. So I decided to call back, but only this time no answer. I’ve been emailing and calling for a week now. I finally got an answer today, just to be told that they no longer have any 3brs available... HOW!?!? Especially since you guys have it advertised on here as we speak. Based on this experience and previous reviews, I 100% would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was a little disappointed when I moved in to see the apartment for the first time since I had to do a virtual tour. The cabinets are not what is shown on the tour.
estoy muy contenta con mi apartamento,me gusta mucho vivir aca no he tenido ningun problema y pienso renovar mi lease el unico problema es cuando llamas a la oficina por alguna pregunta nunca contesan tiene que ir uno personalmente y siempre estan muy ocupados pero lo demas todo muy bien y los de mantenimiento son muy amables y hacen bien su trabajo yo los recomiendo
The maintenance here is very good there are always on point and on-time you never have to worry about maintenance here especially junior he is a good hard-working dedicated employee much needed in the establishment
You can never actually get ahold of the leasing office. And when you do they have every excuse in the book as to why they can not start the leasing process on a new apartment for you. The apartments themselves are nice, but after 2 months of trying to apply in person, over the phone, and online we have decided to go elsewhere.
Nice quiet living,close to anything you need.
The apartment overall is fine its just the roaches make you not want to live here.
If you love sub-par living, wasting your money, and poor management, then this is the place for you.
Overall satisfaction with the club is excellent service and family oriented environment
Kenwood is a nicely renovated complex with a great atmosphere for anyone. The apartment space is great for the price but my only complaints are the roach infestations and slow maintenance service
