Comfortable community and nice apartment. Only could be better with parking included in the rent and a few more 45 lb plates in the gym. Besides that, zero issues living here and overall very satisfied.

The building is nice and quite. Maintenance is great! The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues and the guys are really nice. However, the front desk staff seem to not want to be here and barely look up when you walk in.

overall is fine but I had yo asked for a month to receive the email for the renewal benefit, and even though I got it one month later then I should I still have the same claim period as if it was sent on time, which cause it expired and I couldn’t claim it anymore. This is ridiculous.

Location and Rooftop pool is unbeatable and right on Central Ave. Staff is professional and helpful Harrison will help you when you need it. Margo is incredible and one of the first people I met here and she got me a great renewal price on my second year lease and I’m not moving any time soon! Kenect is the best rental in downtown Phoenix. I’ve had a great experience living here for over a year and just renewed for another 12 month lease. The staff is the main plus here over all the other competing properties all over the valley. Margo, Dean, Harrison, Kenya, Camellia, Pam and entire staffare the best sof any place I’ve ever lived. That’s why I renewed my lease. Totally sweet views, great pool, great workout room, friendly residents and by far less headaches and problems vs the other competing buildings down here as I drive Uber and Lyft Ubereats etc talk to everyone who lives downtown and midtown and get to see the other properties and what they offer. I’m not moving for a long time…Kenect is a Great community!! SL

For many students and young professionals in Downtown Phoenix, KENECT hits the dot! It's the perfect "launching pad", the beautiful, minimalistic, place to call home for a few semesters, a few years, before gaining the academic or career momentum necessary for take off! Plenty of musical mingling opportunities, art, networking and Well thought-out community events to balance-out school or work, a gorgeous sky-top long heated lap pool, weights and ways to walk or bike those glutes to perfection, But for me, KENECT Phoenix is my landing-pad, where I get to enjoy everything and sleep-in as well, if I want, which is seldom! I've built my homes, started my companies, hired, trained and occasionally fired people just like my young neighbors and at 76, it's been quite awhile since I've caught anyone checking out my glutes! But I decided to escape "Senior living" and start really living again at KENECT Phoenix last January, finish my book, flesh out a clothing design line and came alive!

Great unit but the management is slow to respond to anything and I had an issue with having a friend park after hours. The security didn’t know the process of how to get a parking pass so my friend ended up getting towed. The pool has been closed for weeks now because of a mural being painted? We have had many building issues and no explanation of why.

Rent increases every year (significantly more than nearby complexes). Maintenance requests often go uncompleted or even ignored and deleted. Staff do not send consistent email updates regarding lease/utility changes or event announcements. Packages/deliveries are not reliably delivered, often returned to sender (don't even bother with food/groceries). Events (paid for out of the money from residents) need to be RSVPd so there is a chance you can't participate even though you partially paid for it.

My experience so far at Kenect has mainly been good. The amenities and cleanliness of the building are exceptional - and the team truly makes a concerted effort to bring the community together with a bevy of different events. The staff is mainly friendly, and I want to highlight two standout performers from my experience to-date: Gio and Candice; the former was quick to fix any issues related to my apartment and truly took pride in his job and the latter hosted my second visit to Kenect (I was still assessing the best fit for my 3-month stay) and did a fantastic job taking her time walking me through the apartments and the process. Candice also showed a high-level of patience - important for people like myself that like to be judicious with important decisions like committing to an apartment. As a salesperson myself, I truly appreciate when people take the time to make sure the prospect experience is truly a good one regardless of the outcome. The drop in rating is mainly due to two things: my apartment didn’t seem ready-to-go when I initially came in and there were a few more building related technical issues that caused for brief Internet/HVAC related disruptions. I do believe the building was proactive in getting both fixed and from the sound of it from other residents, disruptions like the previously mentioned aren’t so typical from the community. Overall though, it’s been a fine experience and probably as good of a community I could have asked for considering my timeline. Stay Klassy Kenect! Jeff

Community is great, apartment not so much, lucky for me I have another place to go when this one once again has something not working. Last week when my freezer was broken the maintenance man came up broke of a piece said he didn’t know what to do and left. Heater and hot water was broken for 4 days. Said they would provide compensation. Haven’t heard anything.

During the short window of time with a boiler this affected the entire building. We apologize for the issues with your apartment and the service lapses you've experienced. Walking into the building, I was very happy with the apartments. The staff is very welcoming and polite. I couldn't have chosen a better home.

Overall my experience with Kenect has been great! The only issues and complaints I have is my water has been shut off with almost no warning, and right before I am supposed to go to work. Otherwise it's been great!

Luckily that was a one off event but can happen from time to time in sky rises where everyone is on the same boiler system and one issue can affect the entire building.
Nice view of Phoenix. Great amenities and nice looking appliances. Nice apartment next to ASU. Love the rooftop pool and grills! I use the gym all the time!
