Property Ratings at Kendall Off Main
The pros for Mansard Housing are many! Great landlord willing to work with you to make the transition simple. Open door policy for the leasing office, no need to call ahead. Plus, maintenance is super fast! The apartments have recently been redone. Beautiful apartments with huge sliding picture window in the living room, on other floors there are balconys. All utilities included besides electricity. Internet and cable come with! Con for me would be the huge marajuana smell in my building. I guess there are good and bad residents anywhere tho. If you are looking for seriously affordable housing without sacrificing quality, go with mansard housing.
