Dixie-Berryhill is a sprawling, wooded neighborhood located about 12 miles west of Downtown Charlotte and six miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The neighborhood is located along the Catawba River, so residents have easy access to the water for fishing and other activities. This family-friendly neighborhood has good schools and is close to other conveniences people of any age can enjoy. Dixie-Berryhill is 10 miles south of the United States National Whitewater Center as well. The center is a popular kayaking and canoeing destination for its manmade river, along with other attractions including a ropes course and zip lines. Head south for even more fun at Carowinds, a popular amusement park with roller coasters galore. There are several shopping plazas in the area and the Charlotte Premium Outlets is also located in Dixie-Berryhill.

Keltonwood at Berewick has become my new home here in Charlotte. All staff are friendly and professional. We have game nights and other events at the clubhouse as well as delicious food trucks! I've been in Charlotte for almost 2 years and I absolutely love living here:)

Admin and maintenance team is the best. I have lived in a many apartments in my life. But, nothing compares to Keltonwood at Berewick. The Keltonwood team does a fabulous job to maintain the community clean and great to live in.

Moved to Keltonwood from PA. My fiancé and I are absolutely loving it here! Our apartment is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. Our Golden Retriever is also very happy- loves the balcony. We’ve been here almost two months and I haven’t seen any pet waste that hasn’t been picked up; not once.. very clean complex. Highly recommend!

Great place to live , very quiet and clean. You will have the nicest neighbors and the staff that works at the Keltonwood are amazing. You have the maintenance guy that will fix anything that needs to be fix in your apartment. It really is a lovely place to live.

Although the location is excellent, I have seen a great decline in the overall feel of the property. There are noise level issues that the staff cannot seem to get a handle on. What I previously viewed as a high-end complex is quickly becoming something else.

My experience here at Solis Keltonwood at Berewick has been great! I've lived in other areas in the Charlotte area and have experienced constant noise, not so friendly neighbors and unhelpful staff, but here at Solis, I've not experienced anything like that. The community is always friendly and the staff has been extremely helpful with any needs I've had thus far. It's been a great place for me to live. I'm really happy here.

I can say with 100% conviction to avoid this complex. The good reviews are staff members, staff members friends and other deceitful reviews they have constructed. To begin, Management switched and the current management attempted to tow my girlfriends car that was registered with former management and in a designated parking spot. A couple of days later, my car was towed after leaving it inside the gate and not in a spot for 1-2 hours after taking my newborn to doctor. It had a 2-3 hour back and forth with rude management before they reluctantly paid to have it brought back.(management will sit there cars all over the complex and not follow rules however.) management also started towing peoples cars before having a new system of registration in place. That is just a taste of the horrible management here. On to the apartments: like lights? None are installed in the bedrooms or middle of the living room, you must install yourself. Like hot water? You must have maintenance come and turn your hot water up when you move in and it still takes 3-4 minutes of continuous running to heat up (water bill) Like paying $25+ dollars a month in trash removal? I have had many days missed of them not collecting trash or refusing to take it — especially if it doesn’t conform to them being able to take it with zero effort. Like marijuana? It can be smelled so often outside the complex it’s absurd. Like loud cars revving up? Hear that all night as well. Covid get you behind on rent and try to pay 10 days into the next month. They refuse to take payment. Pool is small and amenities are pretty terrible. Read the real reviews of this place and run!!!! It shouldn’t take much looking to find a much better complex than this.
Overall, living in this community has been wonderful and feels like home. I love my one bedroom apartment. It is perfect for just me, and I truly appreciate the kindness of the staff and the arranged community events. Loved the band by the pool idea!

Solis is a well suited community, the location is great and my experience living here has been satisfactory. The staff are all great and I feel comfortable & safe here.

I cant describe how much I love Solis! Its a beautiful community surrounded by shopping, restaurants and so much more! The apartments themselves are beautiful, and so functional.We read reviews talking about How thin the walls were and how neighbors were loud... I will say the building we are in has none of those issues. Coming from another luxury Complex this place is so much better! We just moved in and the communication and entire process was the easiest and most thorough I have ever experienced. The gated access throughout and all the lights throughout the property really help you feel safe and at home. We had a small issue when we moved in with the dishwasher giving us an error code. Nothing huge, but the staff contacted me within 3 hrs and were out to the apartment within 4 to have a look. They were able to fix it and I cant say thank you enough for the professionalism and promptness. Overall I would give this place a 10/10! So happy!

I thought Searching for a new apartment during a pandemic was going to be challenging but Solis Keltonwood at Berewick made it very easy for me to find the perfect location. The virtual tour was perfect and allowed me to see everything I needed to see. I made my decision after searching the site for 10 min. I love it here
Beautiful new apartment homes in the Berewick community. Top amenities; stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in unit, balcony with neutral finishes. Saltwater pool and state of the art gym and pack delivery. Premier Outlet, grocery stores, restaurants are close by which make this the perfect location.
I have been woken up by loud construction 90% of the mornings I have lived at Solis Keltonwood. The employees of the leasing office made it difficult for me to move in and have continued to bug me since. The first month (September '19) of living here my apartment shower dripped (annoying) took 3 Weeks and multiple maintenance trips to resolve. Rusty and Nate of The maintenance staff are great at the job and Kind people. If you think a new apartment is ready to go, you are sadly mistaken. I was forced to comply with random "construction" inspection on my apartment. Almost all of the light bulbs in my new apartment have stopped working and needed to be replaced (more maintenance trips). My car was hit in the parking lot and a neighors car was stolen.(a ton of people cut through the complex) . If you want to be left alone move somewhere else. .
