Kelton Towers Apartments

I recently moved into this apartment building and I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The building is well-maintained, with great amenities that include a study lounge and pool! The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with high-quality finishes and appliances that make living here a true pleasure. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had, and they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with my new home. One of the things I love most about this building is its location. It is situated in a vibrant neighborhood that is filled with great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. There is always something to do, and I feel safe and secure in this community. Overall, I highly recommend Kelton Towers to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, convenient, and comfortable place to call home. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location cannot be beat. Thank you for making my move-in experience such a great one!

I really wanted to give this place a chance but ended up regretting it in the end. Here are some pros and cons from my experience. Cons: -The walls are paper thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors from all around you. -There are constantly cockroaches despite having the place clean. -The plumbing is not the best and is prone to clogging and will sometimes flood parts of you apartment. -You can sometimes smell the sewage through the sinks, especially in the kitchen. -The doors aren’t properly aligned with the frames so you will notice gaps where you can see and hear into other rooms. This includes the front door. -The building will smell like garbage a few days out of the week prior to trash pickup. There’s a reason for all the auto fragrance sprayers. -The place was in fairly gross condition the day of our move in. The kitchen and bathroom were especially grimy. -On-site laundry price keeps going up, currently at $6 minimum per load. -Our heating never worked. -The elevator is unreliable, got stuck or broke down a few times. -There are some units that are kinda updated, but for the most part they are fairly outdated. Pros: -There’s parking for an extra fee. -The maintenance people are responsive. -The walk to campus is okay. -A/C works. -There’s a pool, although we never felt comfortable using it. Overall, I think there are much better options for similar pricing. Hope this helps!

Great location, great landlady and friendly staff. Probably one of the cleanest and best ran buildings in Westwood!

The building is walking distance to UCLA, and right in the heart of Westwood. You can't help but notice the beautiful building due to its calming orange and brown exterior decor. The location is close to entertainment centers, malls, grocery stores, and transit stations. The manager is very friendly and tends to the needs of all the tenants. The apartments are very spacious and include balconies. The common spaces are well maintained and perfect for visitors or studying. There is an underground parking garage with tandem parking spots. The only issue that I had was with the bike rack. I have a bike, and there is only one half rack for the entire building. You can imagine how many bikes get stuck together and crowded on that one rack. Other than that, I'm sure anyone would enjoy living here.

Nice woodle floor, big space compear to New York. It's does have a nice swimm pool and balcony. But this is very common in LA. But it old building, I got cockroach in my room.
