This apartment has the potential to be great thanks to the looks of the inside BUT it’s impossible to get into contact with the office. Emails are ignored, calls are ignored and even work orders. Move in was a nightmare! Wasn’t even cleaned, dead bugs, live roaches, AC can’t get below 75 and stays running, broken fan pulls still not fixed and the there’s a leak since move in in our master closet. Whole carpet stays wet. Moved in on the 31st of July, it’s August 18th and still nothing resolved and or fixed. Only thing was pest control coming once to help with the roach problem. So far I’m annoyed and want to leave already.

No issues really. Wish we had more amenities is for the price pay but other than that people are quiet friendly office is nice but I really do wish we had like a clubhouse lot of apartments in the area. Have game houses where there’s like an Internet you can use pool tables. I wish we had something like that or we had a pickle ball court.

I have lived here 10 years now and still going. It’s a nice quiet community and has all I need. It’s just a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants , shops and grocery stores. That’s why I’ve been a long time resident. It’s perfect for me.

Es un lugar muy bonito, en una área muy segura, muy aseada y me gusta que no dejan que la basura se acumule tanto. Los de la oficina son muy amables pero lo único que veo que si necesita mucho trabajo es el área de las lavanderías.

Been great while I’ve been here most everyone here is nice and the community isn’t that noisy which is nice. Wish we had more Amenities or if the gym was a little better but I also understand people break things.

These are older apartments so they may not have everything you would like. I have been in the complex (in multiple apartments) for 17 years now. Went through different management. Some great and some not so great. The current management is great in my opinion. What has kept me here is location and the neighborhood. It's nice and quite.

Moved in second week of June it’s been great only here about 3 weeks so far no complaints great place. Recommend it and it’s also affordable.

Read the reviews!!! This place is horrible. I lived here for a year. It was the worst experience I've ever had. We had a freon leak in our air conditioner; it never got fixed. Only got more freon put in it.there were sometimes it was 12 plus hours with no air conditioning in the summer. We had a crack in the ceiling that went from wall to wall, which took 2 months to get that fixed. it was so bad we were scared to go into the room, afraid the ceiling would fall on us. Management does NOT communicate with each other or the regional office either. we moved out a month ago and still have not received a final letter stating we have moved out when I was told we would, as well as they didn't even know we had moved out and turned in our keys. They want you to drop everything you are doing so they can have pest control come in. (We have dogs, so they wouldn't just go in) Run as fast as you can to another place.

Rent is high for these buildings that are falling apart. Not to mention nothing gets fixed in a timely manner so hopefully nothing vital gets broken... like your a/c in the middle of the summer on a Friday afternoon, because you will go without. Be prepared to hunt them down for anything you’ll possibly need. Can’t get anyone on the phone and going into the office doesn’t make a difference. Management is rude and doesn’t care about their tenants. Save yourself, live somewhere else.

Not worth the rent. We moved in with an infestation of roaches. Apartment has flooded 3 times within weeks of each other. Took 3 days each time just to address the problem. Never fixed it. Wouldn't come check to see if there was mold either. Manager is not friendly and does not care about your problems.
