I just had work done on two plumbing issues by Yoni, one of the maintenance workers here. He was very professional, polite, and efficient, and I want to commend him by name. Once the problems were fixed, he explained what he'd done, so I could be on the lookout for any issues later. Reporting issues is easy as well. There is an app that you can send requests through (including a description and pictures). I've been here for two years and maintenance always responds within 24 hours.

Kaiser Park has been one of the places to rent! The apartments are spacious and there's a ton of privacy. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Location is amazing! Close to major highways, supermarkets, and restaurants. Best of all, the property management team is superb. Alexis Nance has been incredibly understanding and helpful throughout our renewal process. She worked diligently with us to ensure that we can continue to live at Kaiser Park without any worries. Erikah Weaver was very helpful when we first looked and were interested in renting at Kaiser Park. She gave a very insightful tour and helped us tremendously throughout the leasing process. If you have any hesitations about leasing here, let this review change your mind. Kaiser Park is a great place to live for both families and singles. I did a lot of research before moving to Kaiser Park and I am absolutely beyond happy that I chose to move to Kaiser Park. Our apartment home is beautiful as are the grounds. My son is close to the school I wanted him to attend. The office staff, maintenance are all effective and friendly. I have never lived in an apartment that is so very quiet. I never hear the person who lives above me. Snow and ice have been effectively treated this winter. I feel extremely safe and at home at Kaiser Park!

This apartment is very clean and I like the administrative system. There is less noise between floors and walls, so you cannot hear surrounding noise. The external environment is also kept clean through regular weeding.

I love the apartment layout and all of the windows. Walls seem nice and thick- can't hear neighbors at all. I like the ample parking and that it is free. I wish the gym room was nicer and bigger/ had more equipment to use.

The property is very well maintained. The office employees are always willing to listen and care about us. The pool is very refreshing, we are looking forward to many weekends at the pool. The maintenance gentleman are always willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns, they are very professional. We look forward to another year. The school are the best in the area. Kaiser Park is a great place to live, the staff has great hospitality and the maintenance staff is awesome. I also like that the staff hold little events for the residents. The school system is awesome as well if you have school age children.
This location is in an excellent school district. Safe and serene neighborhood with friendly neighbors who tend to go about their business. Haven't had any bad experiences.
Genna is absolutely incredible and the Kaiser Park Community is reflective of the care she has for this neighborhood. I am proud to live here and love calling Kaiser Park home. Neighbors are friendly, the community is active and maintenance is beyond kind. Response times can sometimes be delayed but in today's workforce that's nothing to harp on. Genna and Kaiser Park, thank you for our beautiful home!

We are new residents at Kaiser Park and so far our experience has been great. We are dog owners and love the neighborhood for walking our dog. The apartment is spacious with great natural lighting. Peaceful, clean and serene environment Great school district if you have young children
Kaiser Park is a wonderful and convenient rental community. It’s location is easily accessible to all local major roadways and attractions. Very affordable for the area and times. Great staff.
We found it to be very strange how there were no ceiling light fixtures in the bedrooms and living room area.
I am blessed to live in the apartment building that I live in. I love my apartment and my neighbors. I love the maintenance team here as well! They are top notch all the way. Unfortunately, I don't know that is true of the entire complex!

I've had a positive experience so far at Kaiser Park. The leasing team and maintenance team has been wonderful.
Kaiser Park Apartments is one of the best apartments for you if you have a family and kids. Even though there are multiple families with kids living in the same building, we hardly hear any noise through the wall or floor. Walls and floor are thick enough and insulated enough that they block pretty much all the noise. We do occasionally hear kids jumping or running through the floor but the sound is very muffled and doesn't bother us as it's only for a short duration. This is unlike other apartments where the walls and floor are so thin that you could hear a person sneezing in the other unit through the wall! The next best thing about Kaiser Park apartment is the timeliness of maintenance repairs. We had a couple of issues with toilet flush running continuously, which they fixed within 2 hours of my call! Another issue we had was the HVAC system not working late in the spring. Maintenance crew came in and looked at it right away. They then gave us portable heaters to use while they had to go find a component that had gone bad. HVAC was fixed within 2 days- all of the extra time here was due to the fact that faulty component had to be purchased and received, which took 2 days. Area around the apartment is also very nice, quiet and safe. It's next to HWY 40, so we do hear occasional road noise, mostly at night. But its not loud enough to affect our quality of life. One recommendation I would like to make is to use better quality blinds that filter out the light at night. Current blinds are not room darkening. They only filter a little bit of light. You could install curtains, but then you would have to drill into the wall- not something one would like to do in an apartment!
That is beautiful apartment and satisfied community , high class floor, very clean apt , I like my apartment so much
Maintenance service is outstanding and always within an acceptable time.
