I have already left enough feedback for this place. There is no real "reward" to living here or incentive to stay for longer than you need to. The townhouses are more expensive than the surrounding areas.

I just had work done on two plumbing issues by Yoni, one of the maintenance workers here. He was very professional, polite, and efficient, and I want to commend him by name. Once the problems were fixed, he explained what he'd done, so I could be on the lookout for any issues later. Reporting issues is easy as well. There is an app that you can send requests through (including a description and pictures). I've been here for two years and maintenance always responds within 24 hours.

Kaiser Park has been one of the places to rent! The apartments are spacious and there's a ton of privacy. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Location is amazing! Close to major highways, supermarkets, and restaurants. Best of all, the property management team is superb. Alexis Nance has been incredibly understanding and helpful throughout our renewal process. She worked diligently with us to ensure that we can continue to live at Kaiser Park without any worries. Erikah Weaver was very helpful when we first looked and were interested in renting at Kaiser Park. She gave a very insightful tour and helped us tremendously throughout the leasing process. If you have any hesitations about leasing here, let this review change your mind. Kaiser Park is a great place to live for both families and singles. I did a lot of research before moving to Kaiser Park and I am absolutely beyond happy that I chose to move to Kaiser Park. Our apartment home is beautiful as are the grounds. My son is close to the school I wanted him to attend. The office staff, maintenance are all effective and friendly. I have never lived in an apartment that is so very quiet. I never hear the person who lives above me. Snow and ice have been effectively treated this winter. I feel extremely safe and at home at Kaiser Park!

This apartment is very clean and I like the administrative system. There is less noise between floors and walls, so you cannot hear surrounding noise. The external environment is also kept clean through regular weeding.

Kaiser Park is a great place to live, the staff has great hospitality and the maintenance staff is awesome. I also like that the staff hold little events for the residents. The school system is awesome as well if you have school age children.
This location is in an excellent school district. Safe and serene neighborhood with friendly neighbors who tend to go about their business. Haven't had any bad experiences.
Genna is absolutely incredible and the Kaiser Park Community is reflective of the care she has for this neighborhood. I am proud to live here and love calling Kaiser Park home. Neighbors are friendly, the community is active and maintenance is beyond kind. Response times can sometimes be delayed but in today's workforce that's nothing to harp on. Peaceful, clean and serene environment Great school district if you have young children
Kaiser Park is a wonderful and convenient rental community. It’s location is easily accessible to all local major roadways and attractions. Very affordable for the area and times. Great staff.
