Overall, we’re very happy with our new apartment. The staff has been warm, helpful, and professional, the building is quiet, and the maintenance team has been excellent—quick to respond and very thorough. My only disappointment was the move-in onboarding. When we arrived with the movers, our key fobs and parking passes didn’t work, and several things in the apartment weren’t functioning, including the thermostat. The thermostat can only be fixed by the manufacturer (Dwelo), whose support has been slow and frustrating. For a luxury apartment community at this price point, I expected everything to be verified and working before move-in. That said, we do love the apartment and community overall and hope the remaining issues are resolved soon.

Living in Juniper has been a good experience overall. It’s a clean, quiet, and convenient community with responsive management and easy access to shops and main roads. The only drawback is that some neighbors occasionally don’t respect the overall quiet atmosphere. Still, it’s a pleasant place to live and I would recommend it.
The initial experience in Juniper was and continues to be not too good. My handling by the listing supervisor was poor. His continued dogged refusal to examine my complaints ( all found to be legitimate) were solved by the apartment manager in matter of days. a matter of days.

Our neighbors are always fighting. Other than that it’s been pretty decent. I love all the events planned. I sometimes wish that it would be taken into account that most people work during events like the brunch.

Every time we need something leasing, concierge, and maintenance deliver. With kindness and quickness. As living in a shared space can come with any issues such as noise or cleanliness, juniper staff really try to minimize it and correct issues promptly. Clean with nice amenities and events, but occasional fire alarms that can be annoying. Thankfully they are usually in the morning, but the fire alarms are sensitive.

Overall, my experience at Juniper has been excellent. However, lately, the people around me have been disturbing the peace and causing a lot of inconvenience, without regard for who lives nearby. On the other hand, the Fetch package delivery service has been very poor, with mediocre operations and no live customer service to resolve issues.

Can’t say enough about how pleasant the area is. The community events have been amazing. It’s starting to become more expensive than other options in the area which is the only downside but if it works with your budget you’ll surely enjoy it here.

I have been living at Juniper for about three years now, and the reason I’ve stayed this long is because of the dedicated staff. They work tirelessly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the community, and they constantly organize events and provide services for the residents. Nice staff, pretty place, nice amenities. The accessibility of amenities is a bit confusing. The key fob system also has a lot of malfunctions. The walls are very thin, very thin. 4 stars is generous, but not entirely undeserved.

Juniper is a beautiful place with great amenities and the front desk staff are very nice and friendly. However, substantive things like repairs and having amenities consistently available fall by the wayside often.

The garage door would not open as I was trying to leave for work at 4:30am. Thank goodness another resident came and helped us exit the garage. I almost missed my train and a day of work due to a broken arm would not raise so had to end up going out the entering side with assistance from a resident. If it had not been for that resident I would have missed a day of work. What if I was catching a flight, that is so unacceptable and a hazard. The apartment needs to put a procedure in place to handle such situations. I went to the front office and was told the person that live there is not always on call to respond to such dire situations. The front office continues to lack communication when issues affect residents. No email or text apologizing for the residents that were affected just a text later that the garage will be fixed.

I’ve loved living at Juniper! The office staff and concierge are always friendly and go out of their way to help. The location is perfect for staying active, with easy access to trails, parks, and green spaces all around. Other than the appliances, we've loved living here. Would love to see higher quality appliances. Mainly our washer and dryer has been the issue.

I’ve had no issues. Wish I had better water pressure, and warm water for longer showers. I think that’s the one thing that’s making me want to not renew my lease. Other than that it’s been fine.oh also I hate the washing machine. Gotten hurt a few times since it’s so small and I’m a big buy trying to use it. Wish we could use our own machines.

Living at Juniper has been pretty good, with access to great restaurants as well as fun community activities. The building is mostly clean but every once in a while a community member will leave trash around. I would have made this a 3 1/2 star review but they don't have the halves. I took away stars for a few reasons; 1 - fire alarms go off because sometimes people smoke in the building which is a bit annoying (smoking is not allowed in the building), 2 - the garage door breaks every other week and has caused safety issues, 3 - you can hear neighbors, especially above you. Several times I've heard the alarm of the people above my apartment go off at 3am and they either aren't home or don't hear it because it will continue to go off for 45 min - hour before stopping.

Rent too high. Overall living experience is good. Receptionists are polite and helpful and location is great. Saturday morning noise from the park can be annoying. Evening concert sounds are heard. Maintenance takes time but does come when called. Community events are great.

Apartment is very noisy and it’s due to whatever is in the tech room beside me - walls are a bit thin and parking garage security could be better .

I love having access to the baby grand piano here. It is one of the main reasons I chose Juniper. It is also so refreshing and makes me feel alive to see kids playing around in the Color Burst Park on a beautiful sunny day. The restaurants near Juniper, such as Busboy and Poets, Dok Khao Thai, and Peter Chang's do not disappoint.

I enjoy living here. I feel safe and my mom does too. I like the eating places below. I also enjoy the apartment activities. I would recommend an end of summer party. I need to sign up for fetch but unsure how. You only told us at Christmas and maybe a regular quarterly message would be helpful.

I have loved my time living here. I will be staying for another year because of it. The concierges are so nice and attentive. The community is fantastic. I am able to come down to the lobby and meet new people easily. If there is a problem in my home, I put in a request and it is completed asap. The space is absolutely beautiful. It makes me proud to know I live in an area that is so warm and welcoming.
