The rent is exorbitant and exceedingly high. You’re gouging me. Other tenants feel as I do. We’re very angry about this high rent. Other places are lowering their rent rates. When will you lower the rent rate? I’ll have to leave if these high rents continue. I could get a townhouse for the price I’m paying for your one bedroom. Double in six years.

Six Forks Junction is a great place to live! When I toured, the spacious apartment was freshly painted with new carpeting, updated appliances and a washer/dryer in the apartment. The pool, gym, club room and dog park (very dog friendly here!) are top notch. I love the modern door locks and feel safe here. Since I've been here, they've remodeled the club room, resurfaced the parking lot and upgraded the door keys. The company prioritizes aesthetic improvements inside apartments and the general community which I appreciate. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. The portal is an easy way to communicate if you have any issues to be addressed and pay your rent. The Amazon hub is definitely a plus to receive packages. The staff arranges food trucks and special events for the community.

Don’t move here

This complex continues to go down hill. I’ve been here for over a year and the same issues continue. I’ve never lived anywhere where people’s packages get stolen on the regular. There are no clear building signs so people’s packages also go to the wrong buildings all the time then people keep them. Or if you don’t have a door camera they will get stolen. People constantly smoke weed and cigarettes here and management does nothing. If you came here today you’d see how horrible the complex looks. They have equipment everywhere in the front parking lot and the company that was doing construction hasn’t been back in over three weeks. They are blocking two handicapped parking spots as well. Don’t move here. It’s way too expensive for the type of crap we have to put up with.

Staff Fee You for Petty Stuff, Deflect All Personal Responsibility

The office staff are completely reliant on their "systems" and have no lee-way from corporate to use basic commen sense or human decency. For example, I have been threatened with a $15 fee because a one-letter typo on my renters insurance policy (literally, Allstate typed "Lll" at the end of their name instead of "Llc"). At the same time, they refuse to give me a small ($3-5) courtesy credit for when the Valet Waste that I pay for neglected to take my trash one night. They advised next time I should leave the trash out & let them know so that they can call Valet Waste to come get it. But in the very same email chain, they say if I leave the trash out after 9AM, even if it's because Valet Waste failed to pick it up, they will charge me a fee. It's a no-win situation for the resident. This is all barely a week after their "system" emailed me a nasty-gram threatening to evict me for non-payment of rent, even though my account is on auto-pay, and they had drafted my account on the 1st. Do not recommend unless you are looking to get fee'd to death by an office staff who deflects all personal responsibility.

When it comes to renters insurance we provide all of the necessary and required information to insure you renters insurance policy meets our requirements, unfortunately something as small as a typo can invalidate a policy, this is also a very easy fix by your insurance carrier. For Valet Waste, anytime service pick up is missed we ask residents to call their customer service number to report the missed pick up, and also ask that you report it to us, most times the Valet company is happy to come out the following morning to pick up the missed trash. For trash pick up, we ask that cans and trash not be put out, outside of pickup hours to help avoid attracting pests. Your scenario of missed trash is handled completely different than normal trash pickup protocol. Lastly, our apologies as the late letter was system generated and accidentally sent out to all of our residents, we immediately posted a notice on the resident portal about this to try and inform everyone asap to help avoid confusion. Ive lived here for almost two years now and plan to live here longer if possible! The overall location, community, and amenities are wonderful. Not to mention the management and maintenace teams are prompt, efficient and always polite. Having lived in apartments all over Raleigh, that is not something I often find to be praiseworthy. My car was towed for expired tags in the middle of the pandemic and damage was done to my car by the towing company along with having to pay $200 to get my car back. On top of that I had to use vacation time to spend the whole day getting my car back. The management doesnt even care and claims that they were within their rights to have my car towed even though communication with the DMV has been difficult due to a global pandemic. They also sent out a letter in October proclaiming that everything in the world was going back to normal, so they were going back to charging late fees. Last I checked the world did not go back to normal in October.

Junction Six Forks community is like a quasi-resort. Perhaps, b/c I reside in the main building with all of the amenities at my figure tips (pre-Pandemic) and have a large balcony overlooking the pool, cabanas, fire pit, and sheltered outdoor kitchen. Yes, I love living here. And, I love that the staff love working here - as evidence by the very low turn-over. When someone leaves it's generally to take on a promotion within the company - and their presence is missed. When residents miss you very telling of the community vibe. One of the most delightful services, of too many to mention, would be the drive-by breakfast. Pre-pandemic, it always seem that the mornings when I didn't have time to make my own breakfast, the staff would be standing near the end of the driveway passing out hot chick-fil-a sandwiches and juice into the car windows of residents right b/f they exited onto Six Forks Rd. People, this is taking service to a whole other level.

We love living at Junction!

My fiance and I have loved living here so far! Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, updated, and has lots of storage. The appliances are all updated, and the carpet was replaced before we moved in. The staff and management are very friendly and have been very responsive to us. The property is well kept, and the amenities (gym, pool, and dog park) have been great for us! I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

The Junction is BY FAR the nicest apartment complex I've lived in for the price. Not super expensive but it looks really first class. They clean the breezeways, pick up trash along the property, clean the pool everyday, and more! Love living here and the only people that leave are buying houses!
