Neptune Township rests along the Atlantic Ocean. A known beach town in New Jersey, Neptune finds itself close to great attractions including Stone Pony at Asbury Park, which is a music venue that’s been around for decades.
Neptune Township is a hot tourism spot in the spring and summer months. Folks move here because of its low living cost and beach accessibility. Access to major roadways are a real treat for residents and visitors.
Taking the train to Manhattan or Philly will take about three hours one-way, affording travelers a relaxing trip to either destination. Neptune is a great suburban area with good schools for younger kids, and several vocational schools for older ones.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Jumping Brook Apartments
I have lived at this property for several years without prior issues, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I have repeatedly reported excessive noise coming from the apartment above mine during quiet hours. Despite multiple complaints and providing video evidence, the issue has not been addressed or resolved. Property management has been unresponsive, and instead of enforcing the lease or intervening, I was told that my only option was to move out. This was especially frustrating, as I have followed all proper channels and remain in full compliance with my lease. For my job, uninterrupted rest is critical, and the ongoing disturbances have significantly impacted my quality of life. Being dismissed rather than supported by management has been unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, accountability, and enforcement of community policies, I would not recommend this property.
Inflated rent to live in what looks like run down gov. housing. There is dog poop, garbage and broken glass EVERYWHERE. Other people's patios have garbage and broken down furniture piled up on them. It's embarrassing. If you're sensitive to sound, do not bother for a second. If you get a downstairs unit, you can hear every single loud, creaking step the people above you take at all hours of the day/night. It takes weeks and several visits from "maintenance" to get anything fixed, if it even gets remedied. They're a joke. Truly the cheapest and worst managed place I've ever lived.
