Our apartment is spacious, clean, and bright, with a great layout and high-end finishes. We especially love the quartz countertops, large closets, and the convenience of in-unit laundry. It’s also very quiet, which is important to us. The location is perfect—close to downtown Stamford, walking distance to the train station, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in the heart of the city, it still feels peaceful and private.

Julius has made my life so peaceful. From the moment I’ve signed my lease to move -in day, to living here for a few months now - everything has been awesome. Management is communicative, engaging, efficient, and professional. The building and grounds are clean, well-kept, organized. The atmosphere itself is calm, spacious and beautiful. The doorman and all staff are friendly and helpful. The online leasing portal makes it easy to read account information, view your bill and make payments. I could not be happier!

Jorge from the leasing office was great to work with. He was always available when needed. He was able to answer all my questions and provided a smooth transition into moving into my new home. The Julius building itself is a great apartment complex, with amazing amenities. I have only been in my unit for less than a week now, but I highly recommend anyone to look into living here! 10/10!

We have been living in this apartment since November 24. Mice have appeared, and we live on the 6th floor. The soundproofing is terrible, we can hear our neighbor going to the toilet. There is no concierge, parcels are lost. In the photo of the mouse, the administration said that if the mouse is not in your apartment, it is normal. Think several times before living here.

my experience so far as a new resident, I will have to rate 3 star so far. As for the interior design and the amenities great. What I find unacceptable is the lack of cleaning and the parking garage on 2nd floor is completely a disaster so dusty and coffee cups thrown in the corner - People leaving the provided flat bed for moving convenience on my floor for over 3 days and no one to bring it back to front desk area or storage room. The most important keep construction dust under control. especially for residence parking on the 2nd floor and paying the premium price.

Building is great, and I can’t wait for the pool and roof deck! The Julius is perfected located as well. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
