Property Ratings at Juanita Brook Apartments
Don't be fooled by the superficial improvements and renovations... We still dealt with mold issues, ants, bad repairs, broken appliances, and unclean conditions. The apartment was not properly turned or repaired for our tenancy. They only offer month to month leases - which doesn't provide any sort of accountability on their end or security on ours. It seems a little suspicious. The management is unresponsive and poor. Renter beware!
It is near to my son's school (Juanita High School), 10 minutes' walk from the place, it is also near to my husband's work (Evergreen Health Medical Center), near to Totem Lake village. The on-site managers are accommodating and if you are addressing problems regarding on the apartment, they are helping us.
