I had a few maintenance requests that I put in verbally with the office team when I completed my move in inspection and then I submitted a few maintenance requests through the portal- the maintenance team completed everything within days of the requests being submitted- frequently within 24 hours! The whole team has been great.

The thing I love the most is my patio. My dog enjoys sitting outside with the door open in the cooler months. This is a very dog friendly property. With that the owners are expected to clean up after their pets.

I enjoy my apartment. It's safe, clean & mostly quiet. The manager does ignore request when she's asked to maintain the noise level in our building on the weekends, that's an issue. But other than that, I like the complex.

The Jones Grant Apartments provide a very urban living experience. The amenities are beautiful and the spaces are so well maintained. You can tell the the property managers really care about the facility and the people who reside there. You are within walking distance of so many shopping, dining, grocery, and service opportunities and it's also very close to the downtown area. The rooms are awesome, the floor plans are interesting and well thought it. I love living at Jones Grant.

My apartment & patio are a beautiful space. The building is clean & quiet. My neighbors are very kind. I think we all have dogs. My pup loves walking to the shopping center across the street. Lived here for a year and moving out next weekend..can’t wait. This place is lacking communication and care. Residents don’t come first. My husband and I were planning on staying here 2+ years but because of the way management has handled everything, we are moving to a different apartment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst place I have lived in. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and dishonest. We paid a premium to live in one of the units that we were told is away from any noice concerns. Until recently the only problems were random vehicles that parked in the parking lot that smelled like cannabis and general lack of security. But as of a little over 4 months after we extended the lease in the middle of the covid pandemic, they started construction to fix the entire outside of the apartments we were living in *while we were in them*. We were definitely not told this when we extended the lease and had not been notified even with email before they started blocking the parking lot with a nice wake up call from construction equipment. Now they have completely ripped out the windows and balcony and all there is a thin sheet of plastic insulating us from the coldest time of the year in North Carolina and deafening construction machinery noise. Living/ working from home during the covid with this noise is traumatizing and physically unhealthy not just due to the noice but the dust that has made way to our apartment. They charged a $300 pet fee for our dog only to have an entire apartment that traumatizes the 14 week old puppy. In addition to this we always hear of stuff being stolen from trunks of cars in the parking lot, cars being hit and run in the parking lot with no intervention or concern from the management. I've lived in apartments that cost a quarter of this when I was in college and they were like hotels compared to this place. I've always had a good impression with following the rule of thumb of 'What you get is what you pay for' but this is definitely not an example of that. Even with the traumatizing construction going on there has been no talk of even reducing the rent to account for the appalling living conditions. Also there's no parking and at the same time there are abandoned vehicles on blocks in the lot. No security cameras anywhere either. I will actively discourage anyone I know to ever even consider this place

Don't even think to dismiss the other 1-star review posted in regards to the absolute wreck that on-going construction has wrought on residents. Construction may be ending soon for that building, but the failure that is their property management will remain. Jones Grant replies in the comments that it almost "looks like a new building!" - it doesn't. It looks the way it used to look before construction started, only worse for the wear. The interior hallways are now extremely beat up due to the construction workers, the debris is everywhere, and the entire process of construction was a nightmare that significantly impacted our quality of life for months on end. We had no access to our windows or balconies for months, in the middle of a pandemic where most of us had already felt pretty trapped at home. We had limited access to a variety of amenities that should have resulted in a rent adjustment - but didn't. Management didn't care, and did very little to resolve anything outside of letting us out of our lease. They were repeatedly slow to respond, offering very little, other than constantly asking for our patience. The construction left nails throughout the parking lot, doing damage to multiple vehicles. They call themselves a luxury building, and that's a sham. As of earlier this week, the lighting in an entire stairwell of the 3rd building has been out for THREE WEEKS, making it pitch black trying to navigate the multiple flights of stairs, the primary exit option for half of the whole building. Do you really want to live in a complex that has that little concern for the safety of it's residents?

Construction unfortunately is not a clean progress but we are in the process of cleaning, restoring and putting landscaping back to your building. We had about 2 handful of landscapers beautifying the building as of yesterday. We are working on all the necessary items and all main exits to the building are open. We just recommend not to go through the staircase with no lights until we repair the issue. Construction has turned this place into an absolute warzone. Don’t be fooled that it’s just the back building, either. Earth-shattering demolition noise 7:30a-5:00p Monday through Saturday, nasty & muddy trenches throughout landscape, walkways, and corridors. No balcony, no grill area, construction workers taking 40% or more of parking, nails and screws everywhere, the workers screaming and singing that ring throughout all the rooms, ETC, ETC- is coming soon to ALL 3 Jones Grant buildings. Management couldn’t have handled this any worse. They’ve done virtually nothing for having us go through hell for several, several months. Such a shame that this was once, a couple years ago, a nice place to live that is now absolutely terrible. Would NOT recommend renting from Jones Grant. If you’re considering, just drive by the third building. Plenty of other higher end apartments in the area.

I moved in 3 months ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I work mostly from home, and my building is very quiet, which is perfect. The pool is great, and I’ve already used the two level club house to host my friends baby shower. It’s located inside the belt line and I can walk to Trader Joe’s to shop. Also the a new Wegmans store, also across the street, will be opening soon. Very proud to say I live here. ~ ARF ~

The move in process was wonderful, no issues....However the move OUT process was a nightmare. They tacked on SO many hidden fees and charges that it cost twice as much to move out as it did to move in! I had zero damage to my apartment, did my entire lease without a late payment, a month after I moved out I was still getting bills with made up charges long after my final bill was paid!

Jones Grant has already felt like home and weve only been here for a week! People have been friendly and the apartment has been amazing. We love it here! Plus being from NY we have the new Wegmans coming right across the street!

Moving into Jones Grant Urban Flats has been a great experience, including the friendly front office staff, the courteous and quick response to any maintenance requests, the clean spacious apartment that was move-in ready when specified, and the amazing included amenities (plenty of parking, modern well-equipped gym, awesome pool, valet trash service, and package lockers). Getting an apartment, going through the leasing process, and moving in was a breeze! Thanks to Hiba for making things so easy. I'm happy with everything so far and I look forward to seeing what life at Jones Grant is like. I really like my apartment and I'm looking forward to meeting my neighbors!
Everything I'm about to say, I've said previously. In my opinion, Jones Grant is a superb community in which to live for a whole host of reasons: wonderful location, excellent complex & apartment amenities, etc.; however, I believe the staff can make or break a good community. Jones Grant has a stellar leasing office and maintenance staff. The highest compliment I can give is that I just renewed here - again - 2 1/2 years & counting.....Speaks for itself!
Jones Grant is an amazing community to live in. You got prompt service for maintenance and high quality service with clear understanding of source of the problem. I would recommend Jones Grant to everyone who is looking for well managed apartments

Jones Grant has amazing amenities, fitness center is so great I cancelled my membership to local gym! The pool is very nice, and the clubhouse is two levels and great for having work meetings, or hanging out on a day off. My apartment is perfect, love the finishes and dark brown cabinets. I live in the back building, so its easy to walk my dog near the woods. Office staff is very helpful, super upbeat every time I come in the office!

We just moved out of Jones Grant, and miss it a lot! We loved the staff and location, and had a great view of the Woods. Very peaceful and serene. We will miss the area and the ease of getting downtown and to work. Definitely recommend!
