After two amazing years, I'm so sad to be leaving my apartment! It's been a wonderful and peaceful home. I'll miss the natural light and the great community here. Highly recommend living in this building!

While the property has gone through changes, my overall experience has been great. I truly appreciate the leasing office for their consistent communication and their continued efforts to improve the community.

The staff at Jensen Fossil Creek are phenomenal! Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Every part of the move-in process was seamless, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the north Fort Worth area!

Other than the dog above me, my experience living here has been great. I have been here a little over 2 years, the staff and property are wonderful.

The new manager is doing a great job in trying to whip this place back into shape. Love the new manager that’s been set in place. Love how quiet the environment is and peaceful it is at night

The Jenson complex is way nicer than I thought it out to be, the amenities are great and the community is super friendly. Close to everything. Could have been cleaned a bit better before move in but nothing being a deal breaker worth, Move in process was smooth besides having to resubmit some documents a few times over again.(The office staff are constantly busy as I’ve seen so I totally understand.) 2 appliances are needing repair but a service request in the app is super easy while you can be extra detailed with pictures/videos. Not many parking spots after 5pm but first week here and I won’t lie, I’m happy lol.

It is wonderful to see such a thriving community it is truly inspiring to witness the significant advancements within the community. The collaborative efforts of everyone involved are visibly yielding positive results. Seeing the progress unfold encourages further participation and support for future endeavors. It's wonderful to see how dedication and teamwork create a thriving environment. We can look forward to continued growth and positive developments. y, and it appears progress is being made.

I’m new to the property and community, but Jensen Fossil Creek has already exceeded my expectations. The elevator was out when I moved in, but the office shot me a credit for the inconvenience

I’ve live here for a year and have really enjoyed my stay. My apartment was so energy efficient that the electric company was surprised that I was living in a 2 bedroom apartment. I never really had a maintenance issue, but on the rare two cases, I did the issues were addressed if not that day the next day. My apartment was incredibly beautiful that I would be proud to bring guest over. I also made great neighbor friends. Overall a great apartment, I definitely lived in luxury.

The apartment is great and the amenities are very solid. The leasing staff is helpful and worked to provide the best move in deal possible. Can't give 5 stars due to only being here a month and the fact it took almost a month to get me a lease to sign.

My A/C broke and it took them 6-8 weeks to fix it and they did not offer any kind of remedy for the situation. The elevator is broken often, parking sucks, and the gate is broken all the time as well.

Im new to the complex, and so far I have loved it. I love all the amenities, specially the dog park. I love taking my dog to the park and spending time with him.

I just moved in and everything has been great. The amenities are good and the apartment is very nice. The complex is in a great location and the staff is excellent.

Staff was very helpful. The community is clean and functional. Excellent apartment condition. Only issue is parking availability anywhere close to my building - especially later at night after work.

The apartment is beautiful, Nice and peaceful place. My family really enjoy staying here. All the people are helpful and friendly in every aspect.l

We have been here almost a month now. We absolutely love our new home. The space, the view and just a great community. The amenities are convenient and resourceful. I’ve meet a few of my neighbors and it’s a joy to know that there are still good people in this world. JFC, thank you for giving us a place to call home.

Awesome place to live! Have always felt safe! Individuals need to pick up after their pets in the hallways but other than that it is a great place to live for young adults and young families.

I am really enjoying my experience so far here at the Jensen at Fossil Creek. The sign up process was a little hectic but understandable due to it being the end of the month. The property is beautiful and the tenants all seem to be very nice as well. I am looking forward to having a pleasant living experience here at Jensen.

This has been the best move I have made so far. The staff was very easy to work with, and they were thorough. They were able to assist us with every need we had.

Some residents got into a fight and damaged my vehicle during the fight. I filed a police report and also notified the leasing office about it. This happened about almost a month ago and not a single person in the office has reached out to check in on the case or follow up with any information at all. I still don't know who is responsible for the damages to my vehicle. I will NOT be renewing my lease here.

Pretty nice community, the staff is friendly and maintenance is quick. The lock on my storage unit is messed up half the time, but other than that I don’t have many complaints. I think it is a little pricey for the space, but the appliances are nice.

Community is nice and well kept! Great place to call home. The amenities and facilities like the gym and pool are a plus! Leasing office communicates well and a very personal with residents.

I’ve had no issues personally with maintenance or the front office but the reason why I’m scoring low is due to the lack of communication from the office staff. Why did they change the name of the apartments and not send an official notice to everyone? There were also 2 fire alarms a couple months ago with no explanation. The walls are also paper thin and there’s a lot of noise from everywhere. Dogs poop in building 6 and owners refuse to pick it up and there should be more notices and fines for that. The gate is broken and looks like they’re doing nothing to get that fixed. The entry doors to building 6 are always unlocked meaning anyone can get in.

I enjoyed the process of my lease and everyone who assisted me! Absolutely love it here at Jensen! The amenities, the team, everything is great.

So far so good. Community is quiet and friendly. The amenities are pretty cool. Residents are respectful. The leasing office responds in a timely fashion.

Love the apartment! Staff is very kind and responsive to my maintenance requests. I haven’t been to the pool yet but the gym is very clean and has a lot of equipment.

Great complex, my neighbors are really quiet and nice. Great fitness center also. Well lit at night, and the security gates seem to stop unwanted persons from entering.

Apartments a very well taken care of with updated appliances that are included and ready to use on move in day. Workout areas and community areas are clean and very well taken care of. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is because the application process took longer than expected and communication was hard to reach the office to handle application processing questions. But other than the application process everything is handled and taken care of very well. I am enjoying living here and recommend to anyone else that is interested this is a great place to be.

Great apartment, love amenities!!! Almost feels like staying at a resort!!! Staff is nice and always keeps gym super clean as well as lobby.

I love the welcoming and warmth that you get from all the staff. The appreciation for renters that we get twice a month is also so awesome. Super grateful that we chose Jensen as our new home.

My experience living in these apartments have been awful. I moved into building 6 with a sense of security due to the building only being accessed with your key. The building is not secure, they leave the building open 24/7. The gates are always broken. I have a 1st floor with a yard, I have reached out since December 2024 regarding my yard issue (I moved in Nov) 6 times via Email with no response, 9 times in person to talk to the property manager who I have only caught in the office 2 times. Their response is “we will have a meeting and let you know” My apartment flooded my first night here due to the apt not being properly inspected before move in, it also was not cleaned up just told “you’re fine it will dry” I can’t have my A/C on as there is a moldy smell coming from my A/C vents. My health has declined drastically since Jan 1st as I have been sick since then.. 5 months. It took them 5.5 months to change my air filter. They finally did after 2.5 weeks of me complaining.

Non-existent management. I am also now paying $400 more a month for my apartment than a new tenant since the property switched from luxury to income restricted and didn’t even tell its residents. Horrible communication. Can’t wait to leave.

I've referred four people to this apartment, and it's been over two months, yet they are still "processing" their paperwork. When I drove up and headed toward the apartment, I saw the manager, Alyssa, quickly go into the back office. I will never refer anyone again. Also, they never answer the phone—they just check the caller ID and ignore it.

Good quiet community! Plenty of parking! I think the rent is a little high and I never get the advertised speed on the Internet but other than those two things I don’t have any other complaints.

Great community that feels safe! We just renewed our lease, and couldn’t be happier with these apartments. We especially love the monthly events!

its been good and not so good. One Bedroom is great for 2- we loved it. But not big enough to entertain our adult children. The evening noise carries a lot from other peoples balconies, and is quite annoying at 2AM. Renting the Club house is a huge expense. The club house should be more stocked with coffee and tea as its offered for residence. Its always empty. Also the pool table needed decent sticks with tips. The swimming pool is nice, though we never got to use it. it was always closed on the day we wanted to go, or it was so crowded with vulgar music playing we had to go to our Gym pool. The Staff is great, the gym was great. Need to monitor the parking more. Someone was always parked in our covered paid parking spot. Annoying. Peoples fault not apartments, nor was the reek of marijuana that came thru the hallways and vents.

Started off really great! Towards the end management changes weren’t so great. One of the ladies in the front isn’t the nicest or easiest to deal with. Amenities are nice and location is great. Overall decent bang for your buck

Loving this complex! Kim was a huge help in getting setup and it’s pretty and very safe. Location is convenient to most of Fort Worth and the greater metroplex.

Overall it hasn't been bad, some things have changed since I originally moved here almost a year and a half ago. The aesthetics of the unit is still nice to me, this definitely fit my original wants when I moved here.

I love living here, I enjoy the resident events, the amenities! I’ve made life long friends living here and I am looking forward to renewing my lease!

My girlfriend and I have had a fantastic experience at Jefferson Fossil Creek! When Ms. Kim gave us a tour last year, she provided a detailed and honest overview of the apartment complex and community, which we truly appreciated. Now that we’ve been here for a year, we can confidently say we love our home. The amenities are excellent, our apartment is spacious, and we’ve had no issues with noise throughout the complex. One standout feature is the valet trash service, which runs seven days a week—something we haven’t seen at many other communities. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, and I’m happy to give a 5-star review. I would definitely recommend Jefferson to others!

Love the amenities this community has to offer. The apartment is pretty clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the leasing staff is always readily available to help with any needs.

The staff and property have went down hill since the new management. The app doesn’t work to unlock the doors. There is vandalism the maintenance does not do Anything we continue to have in relived issues. Staff does not respond.

Loud and no parking it’s so bad .. I can barely find a parking spot and sometimes even have to park by other buildings it’s terrible . Dogs barking all day and night and you can hear EVERY noise upstairs and in the hall ways

I love this property, the staff is very friendly. The amenities are fabulous and I love the events they host monthly. If you’re looking for a new place to call home this is it!

The office isn’t that helpful and they do not follow up or respond to requests but it’s a nice clean safe and modern place to live. I’m on my 2nd lease and will probably sign another.

Love it here!!! Amenities are always well kept. Pool is always clean, even in the winter. Staff is amazing!!! Somewhat feels like a resort!!
