Property Ratings at Jensen Fossil Creek
We can do a little better with the gates being fixed and the trash area being cleaned or maybe adding another 2 dumpster sites. Other than that the place is quiet and I enjoy it here.
The apartments have potential, but there are a few ongoing issues that really need more consistent attention. Dog waste around the property continues to be a problem, and even though management sends out emails about policies and possible fines, the follow-through just isn’t there, so nothing really changes. I also had a concerning experience during a fire inspection. We were told that if management couldn’t access our unit, we could be fined — yet after the inspection, my place was left unlocked. All I received was a phone call apology, but nothing was done to actually make it right or ensure it won’t happen again. On top of that, the entry gates are almost always broken, which makes the complex feel less secure. I’m hoping management starts enforcing policies more consistently and takes these issues more seriously, because the community really could be great with better attention to these details

The Apartment building is dirty. The apartment unit's itself is poorly built and hard to get maintenance to come. I believe tgey are short handed. The office staff is nice but it's just hard to get someone to answer.
Overall it’s been okay, it’s a nice complex, neighbors keep to themselves for the most part but for luxury prices, we don’t get the luxury complex that was promised. Half of the time the pool table is broken, same with the elevators. Gates do not operate appropriately, my husband had to push it open the other day. But we are in a good area & school district for our kiddos.
The apartment tour was nice, after being shown around I really set my eyes on this apartment complex, Jorge and the Manager helped me every step of the way. Easy move in, no issues and currently love it here!
The location is fantastic, with easy access to [nearby shops, parks, public transport, etc.], making it convenient for both work and leisure. The amenities provided are top-notch. They really enhance the living experience and make it feel like a community. Management has been incredibly responsive and professional. Any maintenance requests I've had were addressed promptly, and they truly care about residents' satisfaction.
Since moving in, we have had a pleasant experience at Jensen Fossil Creek. Staff is patient and helpful. Neighbors are kind and welcoming. The space is clean and no complaints so far. We love it!
The apartments are very nice but the front side gate and back gate are always open or broken by someone and we pay a lot of money to live in a secure gated community so I wish this issue could get resolved.
This community is very nice and well maintained. It’s good to know that there are friendly people in this world. I would like a bit more security on the premises especially at the pool when there are people who don't live here at the pool and for rowdy neighbors. Also a speed limit or speed bumps should be enforced cause I’ve almost been hit. Other than that we have a great space to call home.

The Jenson complex is way nicer than I thought it out to be, the amenities are great and the community is super friendly. Close to everything. Could have been cleaned a bit better before move in but nothing being a deal breaker worth, Move in process was smooth besides having to resubmit some documents a few times over again.(The office staff are constantly busy as I’ve seen so I totally understand.) 2 appliances are needing repair but a service request in the app is super easy while you can be extra detailed with pictures/videos. Not many parking spots after 5pm but first week here and I won’t lie, I’m happy lol.

I’ve live here for a year and have really enjoyed my stay. My apartment was so energy efficient that the electric company was surprised that I was living in a 2 bedroom apartment. I never really had a maintenance issue, but on the rare two cases, I did the issues were addressed if not that day the next day. My apartment was incredibly beautiful that I would be proud to bring guest over. I also made great neighbor friends. Overall a great apartment, I definitely lived in luxury.

My A/C broke and it took them 6-8 weeks to fix it and they did not offer any kind of remedy for the situation. The elevator is broken often, parking sucks, and the gate is broken all the time as well.

Awesome place to live! Have always felt safe! Individuals need to pick up after their pets in the hallways but other than that it is a great place to live for young adults and young families.

Some residents got into a fight and damaged my vehicle during the fight. I filed a police report and also notified the leasing office about it. This happened about almost a month ago and not a single person in the office has reached out to check in on the case or follow up with any information at all. I still don't know who is responsible for the damages to my vehicle. I will NOT be renewing my lease here.
Pretty nice community, the staff is friendly and maintenance is quick. The lock on my storage unit is messed up half the time, but other than that I don’t have many complaints. I think it is a little pricey for the space, but the appliances are nice.

I’ve had no issues personally with maintenance or the front office but the reason why I’m scoring low is due to the lack of communication from the office staff. Why did they change the name of the apartments and not send an official notice to everyone? There were also 2 fire alarms a couple months ago with no explanation. The walls are also paper thin and there’s a lot of noise from everywhere. Dogs poop in building 6 and owners refuse to pick it up and there should be more notices and fines for that. The gate is broken and looks like they’re doing nothing to get that fixed. The entry doors to building 6 are always unlocked meaning anyone can get in.
I enjoyed the process of my lease and everyone who assisted me! Absolutely love it here at Jensen! The amenities, the team, everything is great.

Great complex, my neighbors are really quiet and nice. Great fitness center also. Well lit at night, and the security gates seem to stop unwanted persons from entering.

Apartments a very well taken care of with updated appliances that are included and ready to use on move in day. Workout areas and community areas are clean and very well taken care of. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is because the application process took longer than expected and communication was hard to reach the office to handle application processing questions. But other than the application process everything is handled and taken care of very well. I am enjoying living here and recommend to anyone else that is interested this is a great place to be.

My experience living in these apartments have been awful. I moved into building 6 with a sense of security due to the building only being accessed with your key. The building is not secure, they leave the building open 24/7. The gates are always broken. I have a 1st floor with a yard, I have reached out since December 2024 regarding my yard issue (I moved in Nov) 6 times via Email with no response, 9 times in person to talk to the property manager who I have only caught in the office 2 times. Their response is “we will have a meeting and let you know” My apartment flooded my first night here due to the apt not being properly inspected before move in, it also was not cleaned up just told “you’re fine it will dry” I can’t have my A/C on as there is a moldy smell coming from my A/C vents. My health has declined drastically since Jan 1st as I have been sick since then.. 5 months. It took them 5.5 months to change my air filter. They finally did after 2.5 weeks of me complaining.

Non-existent management. I am also now paying $400 more a month for my apartment than a new tenant since the property switched from luxury to income restricted and didn’t even tell its residents. Horrible communication. Can’t wait to leave.

I've referred four people to this apartment, and it's been over two months, yet they are still "processing" their paperwork. When I drove up and headed toward the apartment, I saw the manager, Alyssa, quickly go into the back office. I will never refer anyone again. Also, they never answer the phone—they just check the caller ID and ignore it.

Good quiet community! Plenty of parking! I think the rent is a little high and I never get the advertised speed on the Internet but other than those two things I don’t have any other complaints.

its been good and not so good. One Bedroom is great for 2- we loved it. But not big enough to entertain our adult children. The evening noise carries a lot from other peoples balconies, and is quite annoying at 2AM. Renting the Club house is a huge expense. The club house should be more stocked with coffee and tea as its offered for residence. Its always empty. Also the pool table needed decent sticks with tips. The swimming pool is nice, though we never got to use it. it was always closed on the day we wanted to go, or it was so crowded with vulgar music playing we had to go to our Gym pool. The Staff is great, the gym was great. Need to monitor the parking more. Someone was always parked in our covered paid parking spot. Annoying. Peoples fault not apartments, nor was the reek of marijuana that came thru the hallways and vents.

Started off really great! Towards the end management changes weren’t so great. One of the ladies in the front isn’t the nicest or easiest to deal with. Amenities are nice and location is great. Overall decent bang for your buck

Loving this complex! Kim was a huge help in getting setup and it’s pretty and very safe. Location is convenient to most of Fort Worth and the greater metroplex.
