Team here at Jefferson Chase is very friendly and professional. The activities held at the clubhouse, especially Halloween gives our apartments a sense of community and family. The only thing I would suggest is coming up with better parking arrangements.

This use to be a beautiful place to live, not sure anymore.
I had an excellent tour, the staff is very friendly. Very quiet complex, and a huge dog park. They also mentioned there is no size requirement, which is great for my 110lb Pyrenees. There are monthly events for the residents with food and alcohol which is new and refreshing. Overall happy.

I like the overall peaceful environment, and the teams are very friendly and helpful.
Transitioning from Alabama was scary, but residing at Jefferson Chase has made the whole transition worth it!
Not worth the rent. Ground are kept up & they have community events for the residents, which is the best part! I never attend because of my schedule but at least the offer this service. Paint on cabinets just rubs off, flooring was not installed correctly. It traps dirt in between boards.The pool is always dirty and cloudy. Trash is picked up at the door for a fee, which is part of the fees you MUST pay on top of your rent. Rarely do you reach someone on the first time you call. My rent was increased by $200.00 after the first lease renewal.Just to name a few things.
You will not regret the choice to live at Jefferson Chase. In the area, I find it to be one of the cleanest, and most comfortable apartment choices there is. Well kept, nice places and fast, courteous turnaround on any issues. A little pricey, but most places are anymore unless you want to live somewhere gross. Generally tenants are nice as well.

I love Jefferson Chase, I have lived here since Sept. 2023. I looked at many different places around town, and while the amenities may be comparable between many places but the customer service is utterly different. From the office staff, to the management and maintenance staff, you will be blown away by how wonderful the people are. These are the kind of folks that would give you the shirt off their back, give Jefferson a try!

Great location! Walking distance to two great gas stations and Flyers pizza. Broad Street is very close too. Quiet community and dog friendly. I feel like my layout 2bd 2bth is really big and the kitchens have updated sprayer faucet and countertops that are really nice! There is also a larger than normal patio to enjoy when it's warm!

The leasing office staff is professional yet warm and welcoming. Also, I’m so impressed with the response time of the on-site maintenance. Every time we have asked for maintenance help they have been at our apartment same-day or next morning. You really can’t ask for better apartment management than this.

I really like my apartment and the maintenance guys are great. Always ready to lend a helping hand. Also, the convenience of being close to shopping. The main issue is finding safe parking close to apartment in the evening when you get home from work especially after 7pm. We Pay for valet Trash pickup and trash sets outside our doors til afternoon. If parking issue was resolved, I would never move.

I am really impressed with the customer service here. Everyone has been great. Even though the apartments are older, the upgrades in the kitchen and the bathrooms are nice.

As far as housing in Columbus goes, my experience has been great so far. The cost of housing is ridiculous anywhere so it’s nice to know your money is going to good use and you’re getting something of quality. From the very beginning everyone was very helpful and friendly. Sunita and Sierra are wonderful! They stayed in communication with me and helped me with what I needed! They even left a welcome sign decoration with my families names on it that we get to keep. They added an extra touch and made me feel welcome from day one. It’s a quiet area and they have security at night which makes me feel safe. I enjoy my unit and the Licking heights school district. The complex has food truck nights which is different and exciting. Maintenance came 3 hours after my request and was very polite and fixed the problem. Everything is done through a website, like paying bills/rent and service request which was nice because I can see what is owed or where my request is for maintenance. My daughter is excited to see the pool when it opens! Thanks again Sunita and Sierra.

Jefferson Chase is a wonderful community to live in. It's centrally located in the Waggoner Corrider perfect for easy access to broad street and shopping. It's full of families with plenty of children to play with. The apartments are a good size and the staff is polite. Maintenance comes promptly and is efficient. This community is a great option in Blacklick!

I just moved to Ohio and am very happy to have ended up in this community, which I had found online and never visited before renting. My unit is very nice, with a pretty view overlooking the lake. I really appreciate the professional staff that work at this community. They are always very helpful and responsive. There are activities to connect with neighbors and everyone I've met so far has been friendly, but for the most part people just keep to themselves and it is quiet.

I moved into a dirty apartment! The trash area is a eyesore! Parking is a free for all & not monitored. Maintenance sucks! Not a safe area!!!

Great experience during the move in process. Staff were quick to respond and solve the small appliance issue I had on day one. The couple times I’ve gone in the office since moving in, they remember my name and apartment number.

Like it so far, community is clean and quiet and its close by to most places. Love the neighborhood.
The apartment appearance and finishes are great. The lack of parking space causes residents to block others in or park in non parking spots.
Overall beautiful apartments, quiet neighborhood and the trash services are amazing.
Jefferson Chase did such a great job fixing our noisy dishwasher, the maintenance team was polite and timely in fixing the issue! I really appreciate it.
I so far have enjoyed my life here in this community. Seems to be pretty safe and trouble free for the most part.

The Leasing Staff, are the main point of the apartment community. They work diligently on accommodating the residents, and I for one, greatly appreciate them.
Jefferson Chase is a community that respects their living environment. I see residents communicate without fighting and tons of littering. We own our spaces and help those around us in need without recognition. Children are free to play and if there are any safety issues we say something. It seems to remain a hidden gem away from the inner city hustle and bustle of chaos we read on the news. We don't experience flooding, loud music nor anything to makes someone want to move right away. Traffic can be heavy but with both entrances you can get around it. This is a space dominated by dogs but in a good way. I have a cat and have only seen two strays roaming within the years we lived here. It is home for all ages and cultures. If you want somewhere to live and don't mind paying for it then I say take a tour. Nothing in life is perfect, but you can at least live in peace. Peace is greater than anything when it comes to living. If you work from home this would be a good place as well, just remember that dogs will bark for a short while.
If someone asked me if I would recommend Jefferson Chase apartments for them to live, I would answr with a loud YES! A few weeks ago, when the temperature dropped down, it froze over the ice and made it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. Trying real hard to balance myself, and finally slipped and fell, and took me 40 minutes to get to my feet. The next morning I mentioned to JaShell what happened, and by the time I got home, the sidewalk was salted. Thats what make enjoy my stay.
Excellent customer service and maintenance service calls. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating overall is that the exterior upkeep in my building is poor - the cement landing is very staibed, and the woodwork is shabby looking. Also, the sliding glass door and windows constantly look dirty and grunguy because there is so much condensation in between the panes (they should be replaced). But the on-site team does a great job.
Best apartment complex I lived in so far everybody is nice, friendly, and helpful they also come up with ways to making living here better highly recommend and is very quiet neighbors are nice as well
I have recently signed my third year lease at Jefferson Chase. I live in a one-bedroom and want to get a two bedroom next or perhaps a third bedroom next. I love it here!!
Trash is always overflowing from bulk area, compactor malfunctions and tenets leave trash piled up on ramp. Eye sore smack dead in the middle of the complex. We have a dog park, but no where for children to play except parking lot. Gym is supposed to be 24hrs, unable to access after 8pm

This property needs to actually be managed. There doesnt seem to be anyone outside the office. They stay locked in there and we never know if they are open or closed because the doors are locked due to covid. When we receive packages we get and email but then no one answers the phone so you cant get it. It could be much nicer here with a little work.
Moved from another Cortland property to have more space as my wife and I have our first child. Love the townhome, so much space! Had an issue with our AC and was told it would fixed within 3 days because they had to order parts. My wife was currently 36 weeks pregnant so went out and bought a whole new unit for us and installed it the same day. Great service!

A consistent place I call home that offers both a city/country feel. It is the best of both worlds. It is a community that value their everyday living. Staff ensures emergencies are resolved. They are also into building lasting relationships. Until I want to purchase a home, this truly feels like home to me. Since 2015-present. From the original apartment to the upgrade I definitely do not have any regrets moving here. In comparison of other communities I've seen, experienced or heard of others even to Cuyahoga county we really get a good "bang for our buck" on many levels. That makes me proud. I enjoy quality living. It's more than just paying rent for me; I count the entire overall experience. At least take a tour. I'm sure you would be wowed.

I have respectable neighbors from various cultures and we look out for each other. I rarely see our community listed on the Nextdoor app with concerns. Like any place even for ho.e owners, theres always room for improvement. I enjoy staying here and so does my family and friends that visits. Safety first has been their priority towards me since 2015 and I'm grateful for their support and consistency.
