Property Ratings at Jefferson Cenza
Every day there is something new with this place. I greatly regret moving here. The front desks mantra seems to be "Not my problem." They are pretty good at getting bad reviews off of this platform, check out Yelp for a more accurate picture. Here are the highlights. 1. Packages constantly getting stolen. The first two times I had packages stolen from the parcel room the management checked the CCTV footage. They have changed their policy because so many packages are stolen that they require a police report before they will look into it at all. 2. Nothing Works It seems state of the art, but nothing works. In the three months I've lived here the elevators have been out of service for over half the time. The garage door doesn't work and is permanently open meaning there is absolutely no security or stopping anyone from getting into the building. The app you use to unlock your apartment is glitchy, kicks me out, then tells me I don't have an account when I try to log in. I've spent more than once in the hallway for over an hour just trying to get into my unit. 3. Dog Poop in the hallways Seriously 4. Fire alarm goes off at random A week went by when it would go off for the whole building 3-4 times a day. Including at 2am, 3am, and 4am. 5. Parking is a joke Tenants have assigned spots but people frequently park in them anyway. Telling the front desk gets a clear, "Not my problem." These are just a few of the issues. I regret moving here.

The apartment is brand new still! The appliances are all Samsung & smart home verified. We our still 3 weeks in the apartment and still love everything about it. Great views of the freeway or the mountains depending on where your unit is located. Shout out to Lily & Leah at leasing office for always being so friendly & kind!
My boyfriend and I were looking to move out for the first time, we looked at so many places but I’m glad we didn’t settle until we found Cenza! Brand new apartments, parking structure with gates and assigned parking, so many amenities especially a dog park and spa because they’re pet friendly which was important for us as we have a dog! Management was so helpful and the tenants here are so welcoming! This place is beautiful on the inside and outside, it’s near everything you need. I’m so glad we picked this place for our home!
The quality of service from the leasing office is impressive they answered all my questions made some helpful suggestions and the service technicians are very friendly and skilled they also have a dog park and grooming spa so very convenient I can't wait to move in!l
