Has a lot to improve on
Where to start...My neighbors do drugs. I once found a needle on the elevator.The fire alarm goes off a lot. The visiting parking lot is closed and has been for about a year or so. So family can't visit. Nurses park on streets and get tickets and Towed. The water gets shut off frequently and without a notice. There are a lot of inspections and management will enter with out warning .Elevator gets stuck or never works. Trash barrel is overflowing alot. Phone calls to staff do not get returned most times.

Great Staff and Management
This is one of the best kept properties in Lowell, MA. Maintenance keeps property, building well kept. Al is very efficient and friendly. Management really goes above their requirements to help us (the residents)get assistance with resources in our community. They hold monthly activities. Love my home at this community.

The apartment complex and grounds are well kept. Lawn, trees, and bushes and always mowed, clipped, or cut. The staff is extremely friendly and rent competitive. They allow pets up to 35lbs. The apartments are average size for the area/price and maintenance is on call 24/7. Cable provider is Comcast, washers and dryers on ground floor.
