Clean and nice apartment. Close to Commuter Rail, SL3 bus, Market Basket, TJmaxx, TMobile. Multiple food places around. Multiple residential complexes around, so it feels safe. Really good amenities. Everything for a good price.

Jade management is easy to work with and helpful, the building is thoughtfully designed with great amenities and easy access to the Chelsea bus station and commuter rail (1 stop/10-15 mins away from downtown). My neighbors are quiet and respectful, it seems to be mostly grad students and young working professionals which is great! So far I have really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend.

Overall good experience. I was concerned about the train noise at first but it wasn't the issue if I stay inside. Sound proofing within units are good but not for outside noises. I always hear loud noises of trucks and bikes down the road. And the water pressure of bathroom is too weak. Sink is way better but I don't undrrstand why it is so eeak for both of our bathrooms. It's painful. When we were touring the apartment, it was better than this. But the amenities are beautiful, clean and make me feel like I'm staying in the beach. Fllor plan is also good and my unit gets plentiful sunlights every morning and evening. People from the leasing office are so kind and friendly. I know this is new property and there are many things coming(e.g., fridge in the package room) so excited to see how Jade will be improved. Happy to live here - just few small things to be fixed. Overall satisfied.
