In the heart of Hyde park!
Located in the middle of Hyde park on Woodlawn ave, this large one bedroom apartment features two sunrooms (one large enough for a futon) crown molding and beautiful wood trim. The building was built in the early 1900's, is well maintained, and features a HUGE fenced in backyard!!! Minutes away from the university, perfect location for faculty and staff! Furthermore, you will find yourself two blocks away from Hyde park produce, a block from the Starbucks, and a block from the park!
