The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ivy Point Richmond
I will end up paying an extra $778.41 in fees and double billing for the 13 month lease even though I was told there would be no extra fees. Everything was fine until ELMINGTON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT took over less than 6 months into my lease. This company outsourced utility billing and are now charging $43 per month for sewer and water above usage charge, plus an additional $3.87 administrative fee. They also added a monthly $10 Trash Fee that was already being paid by adding to the monthly rent so am being double charged for Trash plus adding a $3 administrative fee which is 30% of the double charged trash fee. I was assured prior to signing my lease that there wouldn’t be any additional fees and my lease even states only a $10 trash fee will be added to monthly rent but no 30% administrative fee. I brought this to their attention several times and all they say is “I assure you you’re not being double charged and we’re working diligently to correct the ledgers”. Nothing has been corrected, still being charged excessive fees which they said there wouldn’t be any fees and still being double charged for Trash fee. Also, complex is on a busy intersection and street noise is very loud.
