The Delta Township is a tight-knit community only 10 minutes west of the heart of Lansing. The town is split by Interstate 69 and the western section is made up of lush natural areas while the eastern section consists of residential areas and commercial developments. Property Ratings at Ivan Woods
I like living here as our management is great when it comes to dealing with the residents. I have lived here since June of 2020, and I have no complaints with management at all. Sona and the maintenance man Pat work with residents to accomplish the things that need to be done with the property and residents. If I had any complaints at all it would be with the corporate office.
It was a good basic, no frills retirement community. I enjoyed it. I was working at my last job, located in Lansing, before my full retirement. I found the staff helpful, and the resident fun to interact with. Brian Bowman
Too many people living here that don't belong here and too many people got keys to access the building and it feels very unsafe to me
