Beautiful Neighborhood, Poorly Managed Building

I lived at Isham Gardens for 3 years. While the neighborhood is great, this property is poorly managed. Multiple issues such as leaking ceilings in the kitchen, closet and hallway, mice, rusty appliances, etc...were never addressed. The managing company, Metropolitan Property Services, was impossible to reach and would not return any calls or voicemails. Rent increases were consistently above 10% per year and there was very little room for negotiation. Upon moving out my deposit was never returned and no list of deductions was provided.
