The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ingleside Gardens
Mover beware... This place looks great by the pictures, but after moving in you'll have many maintenance problems and the management AC Lewis will promise repairs that take weeks to repair if at all and always have an excuse. I've been living here for 5 days and have had poor running AC (not repaired), serious water leak due to the very old plumbing (not repaired), another water leak in the half bath (repaired). To get anything repaired I have to call daily, entering a maintenance request does not result in anything here. I'm looking for a new place.
