Property Ratings at Infinity260
Live here if you want your car broken into or stolen and nothing done about it cause it’s “private property.” The call box is constantly broken “due to weather” (according to the office) which it makes it more difficult for guests or deliveries to enter. Maybe switch the call box system if it’s always going out? Went to the pool and had to get out after 10 minutes cause they didn’t let anyone know there would be maintenance that day. There’s also rats that run around outside from time to time if you’re cool with that too. The trash system is terrible, all the hallways smell just like trash. WiFi constantly goes out. Haven’t had a freezer light since I’ve been here and have requested it more than twice. You have to pay for your own water filters as if we chose the refrigerators and change your light bulbs. They towed my car because it was in an unassigned handicapped spot (no sign on a pole; parked there over 2 weeks without a word), then they put a sign in that same spot 5 days later but refuses to reimburse my money knowing they were in the wrong. Companies that don’t do right by people, definitely won’t prosper. Update: They must not be prospering. It’s giving “our tenants have to pay for everything cause we can’t afford it.” Not renewing my lease and we received the move out list…they require you to purchase a replacement water filter for the fridge before moving out. Failure to do so results in a deduction from your deposit. Is it just me or they should provide that for free for the next tenant, not off of MY dime? And who knows if anybody would even move in before it needs to be changed again? They continuously raise the rent and still no security provided as cars continue to get broken into, BUT made residents increase liability insurance policy. They don’t take responsibility for ANYTHING here. They came around for inspections, checked out bathroom sinks to ensure they weren’t clogged (which one of them were) but they never came to fix it; wrote it down and everything so not even sure if they keep record of things for real. I ended up doing it myself. These apartments might as well be rent to own for as much as they don’t want to be liable for. Don’t rent with them.

This is my third year living at Infinity260, and I am very pleased with the new management team that brought in all the positive changes around the property since last summer. The new team members are all very professional and know what needs to be done to ensure residents' safety and comfort. I am very picky about cleanliness in my environment because I feel distressed when things are not tidy around me. I love the super clean hallways and stairs in my building. The maintenance team cleans those spaces frequently (almost every other day), which is so impressive. I hope the management and maintenance team continues to do good work.

I lived here for about 3 months and left the place due to so many issue. I had to lawyer up due to the air quality and making my plants get fungus. It was the worst place I’ve ever lived and would never suggest this place. Please stay away from this terrible place, hallways smell like weed . People selling dope on the sides and roaches

We're very sorry that you have this impression of our community, as it certainly doesn't reflect our commitment to excellence in apartment living. Please allow us an opportunity to ease your apprehensions by reaching out to us directly at 704-908-6599 or infinity260-w@m.knck.io. We hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.
I have been at the property since the doors opened to residents in late winter, early spring 2021. In fact was the first lesee to be approved for an apartment. I didn't have the opportunity to move in on the first approved date, so we went through a few different dates, etc., but I finally did make the move. Not a bad place to live, although there have been some things that could have been up to par, such as the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. I'm sure their budget has taken a serious nosedive, because of the many different maintenance people I have seen over the last year and a half. Not sure if they were temporary or what, but otherwise, it is what it is. I hope the current guy stays, but that's not a given. The apartment and the included items are standard: washing machine/dryer, microwave, central heat/air, electric glasstop stove and refrigerator. The same that you get in pretty much any other modern rental unit in charlotte. The size of the apartments/bathrooms are what really sets the property apart from others. The average size of the 2 bedrooms are about 1,224sq ft. I've lived in places where the 2 bedrooms are about 900 or so sq ft. - much smaller in comparison. As for the rate per month, it's not anything I feel comfortable with paying, given the cleanliness and how the property is marketed, to get people in. I could rent a 3 story town house that would be kept in better condition, without the added noise from people below/above you, or the dogs constantly barking that can be heard through the floor, doors and walls. Again, it's all about the management and how ept they are in making sure the rules are followed. Just like being a manager at a job, managing a team of people, making sure everyone is doing their part to keep the department operational at its highest standards. That's something, I have yet to see in an average apartment complex here in charlotte, outside of those charging over $3k a month in rental fees. In other words, if you're noy paying that kind of money per month, don't expect good upkeep for the amount you pay. I'm just being honest. You make your own decision, and decide what works best for you. Just don't come in, and complain later, because you knew what it was when you read the reviews and decided anyway to pursue a unit. As to whether or not I will re-sign, that depends on the rate offered at the end of the lease. If sales-retention is greedy, then NO!

We agree that there's always room to improve and I've taken notes of your concerns below. Thank you again for the feedback and we wish your the best of luck. Take care!
I get it now with all the negative reviews. They can't even match up what apartments are available between the direct website and apartments.com. How frustrating for people who are inquiring about availability! Get it together
Property Manager at Infinity260, Responded To This Review
Hello! We apologize that you had a touch experience with getting availability. Apartments.com is a third party vendor and we do work closely with them to ensure that all listings are correct. You can always call the property if you do have any questions about availability.
Overall, I really enjoy my apartment. I am also pleased with the maintenance team shout-out to Jamie and the crew. My only issue is the fact that I am able to hear the people next door. Also, It seems like the complex is dog friendly but provides no dog bag stations around the complex. I have seen people just working their dogs and not picking up after their pets. I really hope they fix that. But overall once all the construction work is done it will be nice. I like it here.

I am only writing this because i was fooled after several months of constant construction delay in moving into my correct unit management turn over no on sight leasing new maintenance team no paved roads damages to my car mold in my unit other tenants being forced to move out with no assistance while mold is repaired no proper fire emergency set up alarms that go off all night because there’s no active presence of maintenance to check after 6pm

Hello- we are sorry you have not bene happy with your stay at Infinity 260. We always strive to provide excellent customer service and experience to all of our residents. We encourage you to contact us to discuss these issues in more detail- 704-908-6599 or infinity260-w@m.knck.io.
I’m never a person to leave bad reviews but I do believe in sharing the facts. Construction is active every day in and outside building 1 while buildings 2 and 3 are still incomplete. Doors leading outside are often left open at night meanwhile it’s supposed to be a secure luxury residence. The walls are also not sound proof at all and I believe that due to their urgency to move tenants in while the market is hot, they focused on quantity over quality

Hello- thank you for taking the time to provide this review. We feel that the apartments delivered were top quality and are sorry to see you do not feel that way. We would love to discuss these concerns in more detail- 704-908-6599 or infinity260-w@m.knck.io.
They are currently under construction and quite frankly not even prepared to provide a “luxury” living experience but they have moved people into these units despite that. The communication between all parties involved including property management is just poor.

PERFECTION AWAITS! Received the keys today and wow! The entire property is still under construction, even in my building, although many of the units are ready to go. The units are extremely spacious. The closet space is really good The buildings are key fob entry and so is your apartment. If you live on the top floor, don't worry about it, there's an elevator. That's right. Also the complex is right across from HT, American Deli and Firehouse subs. The complex is just different. You can tell by the design and the amount of time they're putting into making everything PERFECT! If you are thinking of applying...let a bro tell you, this is where you want to be. The other new complexes can't compete with this...trust!
