Our first month living at Infinity at the Rim has been pleasant so far! The application and move-in process were fast, efficient and smooth. This complex had all the amenities we were looking for when comparing our options in the area as we moved in from out of state. The pool and club house is one of our favorite amenities and we love that there are multiple options for office/work spaces. The location is great, local to so many shops and food which is also a huge plus.

The Infinity at The Rim is a good place. It would be great if they would get the gates fixed and elevators would stop breaking. Also the virtual room was one reason I moved in but it's apparently permanently out of order.

The infinity at the rim is an amazing and completely different than most other apartments. With the top of the line customer service beautiful views and a friendly community this complex is definitely worth the price! Oh I also need to mention that their offices are clean organized and professional. When you need assistance for anything they are there almost simultaneously to help you with your issue. I love living here!

The amenities are always dirty. Management will ignore you. I have only been here for 2 months and it’s been a nightmare. When toured this place it was beautiful now living here I see management doesn’t care. Flood alarm goes off every day. The entire apartment was without power for a week on Christmas and nothing was offered to any of the residents. Don’t be fooled this place is crap
Love infinity at the rim property don’t like how I have been treated by upper management because my washer and dryer is broken it is my fault and have to go to an outside source to use the services I pay for.

Property is in very poor condition. Hallways and elevators are pathetically trashy. It took 3 requests to fix the pre move in issues in the apartment. They just don’t care. Property manager is totally incompetent. Go elsewhere!!

Infinity is only a nice looking building, everything inside is not worth the price. Everything keeps breaking, you electricity Bill will be outrageous because there is wind and air coming on and out even when windows are completely shut. Not a good place

This community is fabulous for all ages. My husband and I enjoy the amenities and the younger people we interact with in the building. The apartment and courtyard and quiet and relaxing and the pool and roof top deck and fun and friendly. We never have to leave the community to have fun. The covered parking is pure luxury on rainy days!

Overall great property, well maintained, unparalleled amenities and great views.
I have enjoyed living here for the last few weeks from enjoying the amenities to enjoying the location we are because their are many restaurants and stores nearby. Lisa Marie was excellent! She showed us every aspect of the complex before applying. Was very patient with us and made the move in process easy and quick. Definitely recommend to go to her and Infinity to live in!

We just renewed our lease and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The East views of the beautiful Hill Country take you out of the city, South facing boasts spectacular views of The Rim and San Antonio skyline, making it feel more urban. The amenities are unparalleled; as if living in a private resort. We love the infinity pool with palm trees and overlooking the city. It’s extremely relaxing and a great place to meet neighbors, as everyone is so friendly! The multiple outdoor kitchens, grills, and pizza oven are plentiful through the multiple courtyards and top floor terrace, and are all cleaned daily by the very attentive grounds keeping and maintenance teams. A huge bonus is the unbeatable 7th Floor Terrace; equipped with an outdoor kitchen, large outdoor TV, music/ speaker system, ping pong table, restrooms, ample comfortable seating, and the the best views in The Rim! Nightly fireworks show from Six Flags Fiesta Texas(1.5 miles)and Seaworld (18 miles) set a romantic mood while lounging next to one of the two gas fireplaces. Beyond the recreational amenities, the interior of each unit is expertly designed with no convenience spared. The Amazon Smart Home with built-in surrounding speakers, Alexa Echo Dot, Nest Thermostat, smart outlets and USB wall ports, take modern living to a new level. The gorgeous quartz throughout pairs beautifully with the stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge in every unit. The luxurious bathrooms have great storage, backlit vanities, and large, glass, walk-in showers with rainfall shower heads. What really makes Infinity at The Rim feel like home, is the staff that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and safe. They are eager to help you with any request or question they can manage. Amenities are closed with limited timing access to some of it, so you don't want to be paying a lot of money for nothing.

The amenities are awesome and unmatched in my opinion. Staff is always in a great mood and ready to help. I dont see myself leaving anytime soon.

My entire move-in process at Infinity was fantastic! Madeline was incredible she answered all my questions and always took time to walk me around the complex every time I came in. Highly recommend.
