Me and my kids love it here. We decided to stay another year. The pool, awesome sauce. For a small fee, u could have a gathering. Conveniently seats every1 with grill. Nice Fitness Room is nice. You can't just run in here. Must have Security Access which i love. Kids do reside here too. They are respectful and well mannered.Also, we are dog friendly as well and that means a lot when you have a pet . All in all I cannot complain about my stay

The apartments are nice. But some of the residents are bringing it down. Trash and filth in the breezeway. Smoking pot on the stairs and snuffing out blunts on the painted walls. My apartment smells like weed all the time. The concrete and stairs are stained and sticky from stuff being spilled.

Moving back here was a good decision. I wish I never left. My son loves having his own room. I left because the commute to my job was 90 minutes there and back. That was too much for me. I had that commute for three years

Great, quite complex. Reasonable rent and great maintenance. The gym is small but has all the right equipment. The pool is a great size and kid friendly. Regular maintenance is done on the pool as well. Also love the Amazon locker feature.

So far so good, I feel comfortable safe and I enjoy how clean the apartment is and the style of the home makes it very cozy to live here. I am very happy to know there is valet trash pick up that saves a lot of time and I really enjoy the fact that we have our own washer and dryer set inside the unit saves me money and time and I can get other things done at the same time, moving here has been very exciting and I can’t wait to enjoy more .

I love it here. My first time living in an apartment after my husband passed. I haven't had any problems. Maintenance is always on time when needed. Only problem I have to call them was for a new microwave. No pest problems especially if I'm paying for pest monthly why not call them to spray. Better safe than sorry. I love my walks in the apartment every morning with my dog, enjoyed it inside a gated community. Some people are friendly and it's not loud at all. Love all the amenities it offers and the pool this summer. I feel safe here. The front office are always nice and helpful. Been here for a year now.

Great place to live and I have no complaints honestly. The staff is very friendly and if I need anything done, there's no hesitation. I also like that these apartments are dog friendly and they have a play area in the back of the apartments as well.

Management won't provide or approve opportunities for community members to meet each other and build a positive community atmosphere. A small cookout in the common area was planned but management said approval was needed. When asked for approval they said they won't approve of such events.

So far the property seems quiet for the most part. I was made aware the management of this property is fairly new and I must say they have all been wonderful from the front office even to their professional maintenance crew. This particular apartment we moved in did have a minor bug issue but they jumped on it immediately. We shall see what the next week or so holds.

Just moved in. Everything’s great so far. Front office staff communication is very good. Even when busy they make time for residents. Apartment comes with washer and dryers. That’s a big plus.

The trash valet is something I didn’t know I needed until experiencing this apartment complex! The neighborhood is great for walks, I’d say definitely a pet recommended place to live.

Very affordable. Maintenance responds quickly. Neighbors are very loud. People do not pick up after their animals. Amenities are often closed. Crime is an issue.

It has been great living here! ?? If we have an issue and it needs to be fixed maintenance is on top of it. They are fast and efficient! The whole staff are amazing! Very friendly and care about their residents. This is the best complex we have ever been in. The grounds are so beautiful and amazing! If you want a peaceful place to live come here. It you want a staff that is fast and efficient come here. If you want a staff friendly and caring this is your place to come. It's so impressive here. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! The move in process was fast, easy, and very efficient. The whole staff made it stress free! There is just not enough words to express how happy I am living here. Living here has been a great experience. I have not had any problems with getting in touch with the front office or maintenance. It is a nice area and clean also. Definitely would recommend.

So far everything has been wonderful! My family and I are really enjoying our new home and the community. It is very peaceful and quiet! A clean Community w/many great amenities! Not to mention the access to the freeways is incredible! It allows me to get to work so much faster and w/great timing!

High Crime/Dirty complex. These apartments are too expensive for what you’re getting. Old units with limited storage/cabinets space. The mailroom has been broken into servals times. Many burglaries and cars broken into. You hear guns shots several times. An Actor was shot and killed during attempted carjacking. The entrance gate is majorly open during the weekends is there is no sense of security. The pool is alway filled with other folk from outside the complex and cause disturbance and welcome crime. The complex is filthy with stains on the breezeway and trash floating around. There’s graffiti on sign on the entrance gate that has been there for a year. Have many pictures and video of folks running through out the complex and police is called to complex many times. Traffic is horrendous trying to get into the complex. They built many warehouse and have ti dodge all the FedEx/UPS trucks and 18 wheelers. There is alot of “newer” and better apartment just built and are in alot safer area for the same price. So, don’t walk, run away from Indigo Pointe!

smooth move in experience. Van at the front office was very helpful and quick at seeing to my needs and answering my questions. had a small maintenance issue on move in day and it was resolved same day!

First apartment I've lived in for over 20 years and I didn't know what to expect. First off, the process from application to approval and move in was quick and easy. My unit is really nice. The living area is bigger than I expected. Bedrooms are a nice size as well. It's mostly pretty quiet day and night. I havent had a chance to try the pool or exercise room. But I love the Amazon locker hub being here in the apartments. That is super convenient and makes placing orders feel way more secure than leaving packages at the door. The grounds are nice with pretty landscaping. However, the breezeways could use a little extra attention. We het door to doot valet trash pick up and there are stains on the concrete where stuff has leaked out and it looks pretty discusting. It really needs to be scrubbed and acid washed. Its kind of embarrassing when company comes over. I've placed a few maintenance requests and someone was out the very next day. I have to give credit to the maintenance crew. They are awesome! They have stopped me several times when they see me outside to ask how things are going and if I've had anymore issues. Very friendly and likable guys and you can tell they work hard. Overall it's been a great experience living here. But I do have 2 major issues that should be mentioned. First, my car was broken into the first week I moved in. Nothing was stolen. But the window was busted out and the steering column was destroyed. The cop took a statement and basically said it was probably a tictoc challenge. I knew nothing was going to come of it at that point. It cost me a lot of money out of pocket. I'm not placing blame on the apartments. But extra security or cameras would give a little more peace of mind. Lastly, I live on the 3rd floor and it's really hot. Maintenance has replaced a few parts and serviced all they could. It gets up to 85 degrees in here and makes it hard to sleep sometimes. The unit runs nonstop and I'm really dreading getting my electricity bill. I honestly think the apartments on the 3rd floor should have bigger units. I'm paying way too much money to live here and be so uncomfortable. I'm sure I would not sign another lease and go through this again next summer. At least not in this unit. I don't think I would live on the top floor anywhere again.

Very quiet and quite homey-feeling. Everyone picks up after themselves and their pets. Property is kept clean and orderly. Maintenance requests get resolved right away. Front office staff are very friendly, understanding and down-to-earth. So far, I’m really enjoying myself here and am happy I picked this property!

It does have potential to be better! Maintenance is AWESOME! The pool is always HOT so it’s not pleasant to swim in hot water-even in the evening. Non-resident neighbors are constantly in the pool. There is NO COURTESY OFFICER to be found so the complex is load and uncomfortable at night. No need to complain to the office staff. So we are just left here to deal with it

Great experience overall. Maintenance is alway top notch. Never had much of a complaint except that could be improved is the valet trash service.

Haven’t had any problems here so far! Very quiet, and the maintenance is ALWAYS out working! Not a day I don’t see them working on something! I put a request in at night, they were there by morning!

They don’t allow you to use your own washer and dryer.. the ones they have in unit are disgusting.. the garages are way too expensive and someone already broke my window open my first evening here…

We just moved in so we haven't had any issues for maintenance but we did meet them and they were just as awesome as the office staff. I'm looking forward to an awesome year here at indigo pointe! I really love our unit.
