So far so good. Minus the maintenance problem. I noticed when I moved in a wet ish mildew smell… it’s hard to get rid of since the windows do not open here

I’ve gone to the office and was given false information or information with important details left out. maintenance repair the same thing over and over again instead of replacing it when it needs to be. It’s like they gave up on the property

Living at indigo is fun! So many amenities! Close so the airport, and a nice area to walk dogs or take a nice early morning or evening stroll. There is a gym and pool onsite which is also super cool!

While the apartments and building are well kept the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana has become an increasing problem. The constant broken or in repair amenities such as the women’s sauna and pool heater or grills are frustrating given it’s something I am paying to have access to. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating and maintenance requests for unit are completed in a timely and efficient manner. I will add I also feel very safe as a woman living here with security and all the faub only access points.

I enjoy living at Indigo Bloomington Apartments and have been renting 4 years. Location is very ideal within 10 minutes to the major airports and the Mall of America, as well as centrally located between Minneapolis and St Paul, and cities in the south of the river.

The Indigo has been good so far! I love our unit. The carpets in the hallways seem to always be dirty and some of the amenities don't always work.

So far so good! Lots of amenities and good location for the price. A little loud outside with the light rail going by outside but the building and windows do a good job keeping the sound out!

Love this Alcove style apartment. Moving in was a bit of the process, but the staff helped resolve the situation in a timely manner. This studio is perfect for just me.

Love living here!! It’s clean and quiet and a short commute to work. I will say I’m bummed about the grocery store closing. It would be nice to have a coffee shop or store in the neighborhood.

So far so good, I just moved in this weekend and have met plenty of friendly neighbors. This is a really dog friendly community which I love. Everyone I've met has expressed thoroughly enjoying living here.

My husband and I have lived in apartments but Indigo is above all of them. We were looking for an apartment that has all our needs or mostly all of them. It was a lengthy process with a long list of "must have" features.

Great place to live, things get fixed within the first 48 hours you put a request in. It’s quiet, and the neighborhood is nice to live in. Can’t recommend it enough.

It’s a great location and a very friendly community.I would definitely recommend this place to others. i actually have shared the information many time. The airport and mall of America is only minutes away and the lightrail stop is located right in front of the building and we actually have a transit door exit

Package concierge has not been working for months and it's been really difficult to receive packages. I've had Amazon deliveries returned to Amazon because there's no way to deliver after hours. Yesterday, I went during office hours to received packages and the office was closed, there wasn't any information on why and when they would reopen. I am also concerned that the pool won't open on time this year. This will be my 3rd Summer and I am hoping the pool will be open and we can use it Memorial day weekend both last year and the year before it was the second weekend in June before we could use the pool.

Friendly residents with sweet pups. Staff are friendly but a bit disorganized. Building and amenities can’t be beat. Great location, just quick shot to Minneapolis.

Great place to live. As any community, there will be the occasional problematic neighbor, but in general this has been a great place to live for the last 2.5 years. Building is well maintained. Maintenance responds very quickly too.

Quiet neighborhood with good access to food and drink, Mall of America, MSP airport, light rail and the Minnesota Valley Wildlife Refuge for easy hiking and biking. Convenient access to 494. Maintenance has been quick and responsive when needed. Office staff has been friendly and helpful as well. Sauna, pool, gym are all clean and work well; community rooms are all clean and comfortable as well.

I enjoy this apartment complex. It's on the best bang for your buck apartment buildings with the amenities that it has. The gym and community events make it very hard to think of living anywhere else.
