Although it doesn’t have an actual beach as its name suggests, Bath Beach has plenty of options for residents to enjoy the outdoors and is located just three miles north of the iconic Coney Island. The neighborhood is adjacent to Dyker Beach Golf Course and has several parks like Bath Beach Park, which is known for its pedestrian path that boasts stellar views of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and the Gravesend Bay. Similar to many New York City neighborhoods, there is no shortage of restaurants and shops in Bath Beach. There are several subway stops along 86TH street so traveling across the Big Apple is made easy. Although the neighborhood is known for its Victorian houses and mid-20th century brick rowhouses, there are apartments and condos available for rent as well.
