Incite had all the amenities I was looking for, but at a high price for a room. However, most tenants were relatively quiet during my stay with the exception of one. Apartment complex is pet friendly, and haven't had a bad incident from any other pet owner. Parking is pretty tough. 5th street (free parking) is reliable, but make sure your cars are locked. They do provide inside and outdoor lot parking, but at a cost. For me, it wasn't entirely needed because of 5th street, but convenient to have. Overall, Incite provides convenient living, nice to have but a bit expensive for my taste.

I love that this apartment is close to RPI and very safe with all the security measures. I love the gym especially in the apartment so I don’t need to buy a membership!

All the amenities are nice. But it all depends on who your roommates are. And their cleanliness but outside the apartment the amenities are very nice and well maintained and when you do a work order, they put it out a top priority.

For the most part really good. I love the amenities I utilize the study rooms and gym frequently. I love the area as well. I wish the gym had a stairmaster

Move In was very simple and the team was extremely helpful. Very responsive in answer questions and making sure I had everything I needed. The only complaint is it is sometimes hard to reach the team through phone or email.

This is new apartment for students and young professionals. It has indoor recreation between studies. Management and parking is good. Parking is indoor and outdoors.

It’s nice and comfortable also having pretty much everything you need. The people here are very nice and friendly also the employees are very nice to talk to about the problems that I had with but overall they the place is very good.

From the staff, to the amenities, to the apartments adjacency to downtown Troy, my experience at Incite has been stellar. The only complaint I have is if the power goes out or the main entry’s security console glitches, it is hard to get back inside

The building staff is incredibly kind and responsive, including our maintenance man. The amenities are great and there's plenty of work/study space. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is due to the noise from the street below. Even living on the top floor of building, it can be quite loud late into the night and early in the morning. Otherwise, it's a great space to live in.

The reason why you see all these five stars reviews? They have a program where if you do certain tasks (upload a photo, leave a review, etc) you earn points so you can get a $5 voucher off rent. As a person who completed all the tasks, I still didn't even have enough points for the one-time $5 off voucher so yes, these reviews on just about every site are fake and not even properly paid for. 1. This property is overpriced. When you compare it to the costs of the all the other apartments in the area, they overcharge for EVERYTHING. I guess if you have no or bad credit history and have never lived in an apartment before or just don't know anyone, this is the place for you because there's no credit check, no background check, and you can rent per room. Oh, and the cost of rent is constantly rising. 2. They'll tell you that oh there's a fitness center that's 24/7 as a selling point. The lights DO NOT WORK in this room. The bench is always loose to the point that it's so unsturdy that I've fallen off it several times. The residents do not clean up or wipe down anything they use. Plus there's so few equipment to be used and shared amongst residents, you'll be waiting hours to be able to use it. There's no AC. Just a plug-in fan. So the room gets hot and musty QUICKLY. 3. Residents constantly leave the door open and let random people in. Package theft is pretty common and not much gets done about it besides a notice in the lobby. 4. The package room? It's only open during business hours so if you want to get a package outside of that time, you have to contact the manager to grab it. 5. Like I've seen pizza and milk just rot in the lobby over a week with no one touching it. It's just gross and unsanitary. 6. You also get random people in the elevator. It's about $150 a month for a spot or you try your luck parking on the street but then you're competing with the entire city of Troy who want to get drinks. 7. IT'S LOUD. I specifically asked when I saw the apartment during the tour how soundproof the room was and was told that they don't have issues.Every weekend, was insanely loud with drunk people singing and throwing bottles at my glass balcony. 8. It's right next to the police station, fire station, and hospital so there's constantly a siren going off. I've heard upwards of 10 a night when it gets busy. Cut off by word limit

We do process a credit and background screening on ALL applicants, it's part of our rental qualifying guidelines in order to rent with us. Thank you for bringing our attention to some maintenance items in the gym. Please know that you can always submit a maintenance request with the office or through your resident portal so that our team can address maintenance requests as soon as they arise. The fitness center is a shared amenity with others in the building, so there may be times where multiple people want to use a certain piece of equipment. Our building is secured access; residents are responsible for whomever they bring into the building. If you notice any behavior inside the building that goes against our community guidelines, please let us know immediately so we can address it. The package room is secured access to ensure everyone's packages stay safe. We have security cameras on the exterior and interior of the building, as well. If you're missing a package, we can look into it. Sometimes things get delivered to the wrong address, or if a mail courier doesn't bring a package into the building as they should, it's not secured. Our common area spaces are cleaned multiple times weekly to ensure a sanitary environment for our residents and guests. Unfortunately with our location being in a downtown area, parking can be challenging if you don't rent an assigned spot on the property. But, there is free street parking directly in front of the building. We can't control noise outside of the building and everyone has their own level of sensitivity to noise; however, we've found that with windows shut, the noise is minimal. And let us know immediately if something is being thrown at your apartment/windows from people outside the building. As a reminder, you can submit maintenance requests and/or questions and feedback to us 24/7 through the resident portal or by calling or emailing the office. If we don't know a maintenance requests or issue exists, we can't address it. But if maintenance requests are brought to our attention, we have on site maintenance staff to handle them immediately.
The staff are wonderful. Any maintenance requests I put in at night are filled the next day. Everything is nice and clean, and I love having the washer and dryer in the apartment. The parking garage is nice and convenient, and I feel safe in the neighborhood. It's also a great location for going to college in Troy, NY.

Awesome place with a suprisingly competetive price point. If you have an eye for design, the room is your oyster. The staff is amicable and is more than willing to help you out.

Nice place and easy apartment. Gym and study rooms open 24/7. The mailroom needs an organizing system, packages are just left there and residents have to spend time going through all the packages before finding their own. Also easy for packages to be stolen. There is also a fly issue that should be addressed. Otherwise good.

That's a great suggestion for organizing packages to help people find their deliveries easier, we can implement more organization in the package room! We do have security cameras actively monitoring the package room 24/7, and the room is secured access to make sure packages are staying safe. Fruit flies consistently make an appearance in the warmer months. We do some preventative maintenance to help deter the presence of flies, and we also place chemical free fly traps around the common areas of the building to help control them, as well. To control fruit fly presence in your apartment, we recommend not leaving food out/uncovered, taking the trash out regularly, and pouring hot water down the drains. It is a very convienent location for my work. The move-in process was very easy. It's pet friendly, but a little expensive for what I was hoping for. It's on a neighborhood in Troy that is pretty safe.

Have loved living here. Made subletting a breeze, pet friendly, has a lot of amenities and perks, and is in a great part of Troy. Would recommend living here, especially for college kids wanting pets.

My cat and I love this place, staff, and location. It’s super secure and welcoming. Also has a great kitchen for all my cooking and baking :) The rewards system is a nice perk too!

Convenient location, nicely furnished and many amenities are available such as gym and parking spaces. I am mostly impressed with the excellent services that Katy at the leasing office is always available and quick response to our repairs and maintenance calls.

Not only is Incite a great place to live but the staff make it the most enjoyable! We love our property and leasing managers and maintenance team- they seriously are the best! the apartments are nice and I like how they come furnished. I have huge floor to ceiling windows in my living room and they are such a plus! close to downtown and lots of bars and restaurants, especially the troy beer garden located right next door!
