I tried doing a self tour that never happened that ask for your credit card but don’t let you access. Then I tried doing a tour with the front office the customer service was horrible . I would never recommend .
I love here and enjoy living here the office staff is amazing! Jessica is awesome and Ramon the maintenance tech is friendly , respectful , and always gets the job done .
We have been living in Rancho Corrales for almost two years, we are renewing our lease in September because we can't imagine living anywhere else. Is a beautiful community, everything is well maintained, the landscaping, pool area, Internet lounge and the apartments.Jessica at the office is friendly, caring and professional. We are very happy in this community, we enjoy walking around with our two doxies , grilling at the pool and talking to our friendly neighbors. Rancho Corrales is a community we love coming home to after a long day at work.
My fiancé and I moved to these apartments in February 2015. We have a one and a half year old son who is full of life and energy! We love our apartment because our son is able to run around and be happy! Our old apartment he was not able to do that! The whole environment in this area is amazing! Our neighbors are wonderful, staff is wonderful! I'm so happy we made the switch!
