Hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Super clean, peaceful, and wonderful staff. Laine, Lisette, and Madison in the office are very sweet and caring.

Love living here. The office is so sweet. Laine and Lisette always are there to help me when I’m in a pickle.

The staff was professional and fantastic. Madison and Britney and Karen. They helped me all the way. gave a tour and qickly assisted me. Very nice apprtment and a - fine amenities on site. Nice Area - Ahwatukee.

I have loved living here at IMT Ahwatukee! We are so excited about the new people park and the office staff is so friendly! Not to mention the maintenance team and there quick response time!

This month is my 5th year living at Sedona and I will be moving. I have enjoyed living here under the new management and I have no complaints. The grounds are kept clean, and it is a very quiet community. Management was willing to work with me for an upgraded apartment, and I appreciate that. The only reason I am moving is to be closer to family.

GARBAGE!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Since the new ownership has taken oven it has been nothing but awful. The office staff is very rude whenever a problem is presented they get defensive and never own their faults. Water is always being turned off with out notice and water pressure is horrible. Trash service is a complete waste of money and it is mandatory with lease. Make sure anytime that you get communication from the office that it applies to you and not just certain residents. Can not wait to get out of this dump

We hated living here front office is irresponsible and maintence takes forervr to respond. They tried to Bill us for stuff that wasn't our fault and are very shady. The horrible reviews are well deserved

We have had a terrible experience and will not be doing business with this management company again. We have a four foot hole in our ceiling which has not been repaired in over 5 days. You could tell that it had happened previously and they just covered it up. They claim that it is because my neighbor took a long bath??? Rediculous excuse. you advertize this place as a modern shiny new professional community but th whole place is falling apart and covered in dog poo

After having my children return home as adults with dogs and then 9 puppies, i am finally in my own apartment alone.... and enjoying my new home but find it hard to pay by myself.. I love the freedom i have of coming home and not stepping in dog doo... my kitchen is clean and my apartment smells fresh.

I've been living in Sedona Ridge apartments for 13 months and don't have any real complains. These are defiantly older apartments with thin walls and ceilings. I can hear the neighbors upstairs just walking around. When they drop something or vacuum it gets really loud. Everything in the apartment works like how its suppose to. When I put in a work order to fix something it was resolved the next day. The office staff was always very helpful. the grounds are well kept.

We have just renewed our lease for the 8th time at this complex. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with the apartments (we are in our 3rd) the office staff and the maintenance staff. All maintenance issues are always handled in 24 hrs or less, care for the grounds and pools, hottubs, and other amenities is impeccable. We highly recommend this apartment complex!

Any maintenance issues are handled in less than 24 hrs. The grounds are very well maintained as well as the pools and other amenities! I've lived at the Sedona Ridge complex for 3 years. The property grounds are kept emaculate! I lived in a one bedroom apartment complete with wood floors and upgraded appliances and private balcony dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is equipped with a sand volleyball court, 2 heated swimming pools and jacuzzis, fitness room, racketball court, and meeting space. It is reasonably priced for all that you get and they always have great specials for new tenants. My experience with the property management is what makes this place worth living. They are respectful and courteous. Any workorder I've ever placed (which is very rare) was fixed within 24 hours of being sent in. Neighbors are nice and friendly! The only negative thing is if you live on the west side of the property, there is an animal shelter. In the mornings, you can hear puppies barking. However, the noise goes away within an hour or so. So, if you decided to love this place, just request not to live on the westside of the property!

Sedona Ridge Apartments are the absolute best in apartment living! The resort-like grounds are well-maintained, quiet, and beautiful. We have lived here a total of seven years, in three different apartments, and absolutely love it here. The newly-renovated apartments, which we are in now, are gorgeous with all new appliances and neutral color scheme. The office and maintenance associates know us by name and do their very best to make things here perfect. Maintenance and service calls are generally resolved within 24 hours. The location is ideal with shopping, banking, and all other amenities within a very short distance. Highway access is super convenient, yet you don't hear any highway noise. I would definitely recommend Sedona Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for their new apartment home.
