AC finally Fixed! Took a few months, but my AC finally got fixed! It made loud humming noise every time I used it. Happy that it’s quiet again.
I have loved living here and the management has been great and quick to respond. The area is way calmer than you think and if you get the right unit the views are nice.
The previous reviews are old so had to leave my 2 cents here. So far living here has been nice, I was a little concerned at first cause of the area but honestly have not had any complaints and the apartments are gated. The apartment itself is also nice for the price. The only meeeh part is the no assigned parking and no gym.
It is a nightmare to live here first of all management is the worst nobody answers the phones they all have attitude towards the residents it was horrible living there, also fire alarms sound every other day at night I have been woken up at 1 am panicking because of this and also they don’t fix anything this place is nothing like it looks in pictures and very dangerous non residents will walk around the building. Do not live here save yourself the nightmare.

If you are just looking for something affordable then great this is your place. The individuals in the leasing office are very nice and everything is brand new. Very reasonable prices and they have a trash chute so you can go down the hallway and throw away your trash quickly. They have elevators which is also nice. There isn’t a gate code so you can only get in the gate at night if you have the sticker on your car. That can be a pro and con depending on the person. If not, then don’t come here. They never have anyone in the office and the two people that do work in there constantly leaves early. I bet if you call right now no one will pick up. When you look on their site it says that they have a pool and a training studio. That’s false. No covered parking. Your car is just baking graciously in the sun. Your living room area will be VERY small no matter what unit you choose. The paint on the wall comes off VERY EASY. They do not have any shower rods installed and they will not install any for you so you have to go out and buy a rod and it will chip the paint with ease! I’ve had a shower rod up there for three days now. The paint is already coming off of the wall. The cabinets in the kitchen are two different colors. Your water heater is also located in the kitchen. No assigned parking, just vibes & get in where you fit in. The bathtubs are small so even if you are slightly overweight or tall you will not be able to take a comfortable bath if you’d like. Feels like a sauna in the elevators during the summer of course. Basically, if you are very picky this may not be the place for you.
