Middletown/Goshen is an area about 70 miles north of New York that surrounds Interstate 84 and Highway 17. This wooded community is an ideal mix of residential, natural, and modern areas. Not horrible but could be nicer grounds. Nicer plantings around the complex instead of just by the office. Get people to pick up after their dogs. I always pick up…not hard to do.

There's some good things here and some things that can be improved on. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. Some on the other hand don't follow rules like keeping their cars up to date . Some leave garbage and unwanted items on the ground by the dumpsters which is unsightly and upsetting to look at.

Upon move in, we hit a couple bumps with the apartment but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and get everything taken care of for us quickly.

So far I’m really enjoying living here.. a few hiccups but overall a great place to live and my child really enjoys it as well.. staff is very nice and efficient maintenance a little slow with responses but they get the job done.. other than that great place.

Maintenance really don’t do proper work Constantly requesting because they doing terrible job My bathtub have slow drain can’t take a bath at all because they can’t find proper stopper that will also won’t clog pipes My thermostat is not working Blasting heat even when is off Gym have an alarm on for 4 months straight at 6 am when should be off A/C at the gym is never on Street lamps don’t have lightbulbs in them No garbage pails on sidewalks and even when you see garbage pails nobody empty’s them out

We love it here and so does our cat! Neighbors are very sweet and since we moved in three weeks ago, we have had nothing but a good experience!
My resident experience… hmm where do i start? The application process first of all was very straight forward and very self explanatory, which is great. No questions asked. Within the next day or so I received a call from the leasing department, and did everything in their power to get me approved for the apartment I live in now! Absolutely great experience living here so far, only thing I do have to question is, why my cabinets are broken and all my closet doors? Maintenance has not showed up yet, and a request was put it a week ago. Other than that, no complaints.

Imperial Ridge has been my home for some time now and it has gone through some positive changes. The community is well kept and bright at night, so you feel a bit safer.

Grounds are well maintained and kept visually appealing. You're close to everything you need, and can enjoy. It's a nice place to make new and wonderful friends. The management and maintenance staff is always helpful. It is for that reason, I've been renewing my lease since July 2013. If Morgan Properties offered a separate option to purchase a condo with at least 1,100 sq ft of living space to purchase where the monthly HOA Maintenance fees were reasonable, I would consider transitioning into condo living instead.

Wish the complex was more affordable. It cost too much and makes ot very easy to fall behind. The staff seem friendly but they don't care. They will tell you one thing on the phone but then 2 different things when you go to the office. Most love on the building and watch everything that's going on. They won't hesitate to call you to be nosy. The park needs a upgrade and so does the dog park for the prices being charged. Having to pay for a parking spot monthly is ridiculous, it should be included in rent not a extra charge.

Very nice neighborhood, they keep it clean, maintenance handles issues quickly and efficiently. The office staff is amazing, everyone in there is friendly. The cost is worth the amenities and space.

Roaches in apartment. Apartment cleanliness, decent to poor upon move in. Blown fuse in circuit box. We needed to provide pet records on all animals in the building but do not get pet records on the roaches living with us upon moving in. Not a clean community at all.

Living in Imperial Gardens is mostly a pleasant experience. Nice friendly neighbors a attentive staff and maintenance crews. The buildings are older but are still in decent shape with the exception of very creaky and crackling second floor sub floors and or floor joist .

Property is decently well kept. It would be nice if the pool were staffed during the days where a cool refreshing day would come in handy. Otherwise, it's nice at Imperial.

Lived here for three years. Peaceful environment! Great for kids to ride their bikes and play freely. Although I do think the appliances can be a little better for the amount of rent.

I just wish It was more affordable. We have no issues with our neighbors or property management. If the prices are gonna stay high, then another pool or better play ground should be added to the grounds.

Overall the apartment is fine despite minor issues . We would like for the grass to be cut lower as it would attract less hugs . I am concerned about repairs being completed thoroughly and in a timely manner

We've loved in the community for almost 7 years now and enjoy the location. We like having our own space and like how spacious our apartment is.

Great neighborhood, everyone seems nice. I just wish there was more parking availability, usually on the weekends it's hard to find parking because of visitors.

Very spacious, buildings look nice. Gym is a plus although nothing special about the gym. Balcony is nice, parking is never an issue. Could have nicer closet doors, cabinets, drawers. Theres are made out of cheap wood that seem somewhat delicate, have stains, sanded to the point you wont get splinters but no further. Had a couple of issues moving in like a door was broken , missing knob, drain clogged but that was fixed promptly and now I am really enjoying the place.

So far Imperial Gardens has been great! I love the location of the complex being right by all of the essential stores and the complex itself is nice. The parking accommodations are good and the apartment layouts are really nice too

I moved in with a few things not completed. Top of stove covers, bathroom has smell of cigarette smoke, and no screens on windows and patio door. The apartment is really nice but I think the outside (complex) needs a cleaning. Grass is overgrown along with tree branches. Outside porches are consumed with bikes, boxes, etc. there should be an area where kids can play. Instead of the parking lot where balls are thrown around and hit others cars. (Not intentionally) but it’s dangerous for children to be playing in the parking lot someone could get hurt. For the price of what you pay for an apartment the outside needs attention. It’s an eyesore when driving around the neighborhood.

Safe neighborhood. Good for people who have pets as many landlords do not want pets and especially larger breeds. Just wish all apartments had upgrades and all buildings had a laundry room but pretty much like most apartment complexes. Close to 17 so definitely good for commuters, close to many health care jobs! This place is definitely what you make of it!
