Had Major A/C unit issues. Maintenance crew came out several times to fix (Even after hours). Crew noticed unit was old and updated office to be replaced. Was done in great time .

From the moment I opened the door to the leasing office I felt welcomed. Was met with a smile and kind salutation. I was given a tour and so much enjoyed the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment. I had to wait for a few weeks to get an available apartment but it was worth the wait. Home!!

So far since I have been living here the staffing has been great never had a problem with them any time I had a issue they took care of it they have been polite and kind And professional and As long as you are respectable they are willing to work with you The complex itself is peaceful and quiet Not too much in-and-out traffic except for those who live within the complex It's not messy or dirty it's reasonable for A apartment complex the neighbors are kind and polite Personally I would recommend somebody to move here cause I haven't had any problems

My past year in Imperial chase apartments has been welcoming and delightful. The one bedroom offers a spacious living floor plan with an enormous walk-in-closet. Located in a quiet environment just off Interstate 45 and the Hardy toll traveling is always less than a mile away. Only minutes away from the Woodlands Pkwy if craving a luxurious outing.
