Horrible neighborhood, shady area.
High crime area, very shady neighborhood, live there for a year and a half finally had a break my lease. Do not recommend living here

Super close to downtown
Secure building Walking distance to downtown about 2-3 blocks to great entertainment and shopping!! Priced low!!!
