Property Ratings at Images Garden View Apartments
Place has went downhill ever since TMG took over management. If you have the choice of either being homeless or renting here, this might be the better option? Maybe. Lots of rude neighbors. People blasting music that vibrates your walls around 1-3 am in the morning, smoking cigarettes and marijuana (that gets through the attic that is shared with the other units, probably because the attic door is just a piece plywood laying over the attic access) doesn't matter if it's a smoke free community, and doesn't matter if you have asthma, property management will either ignore you, or pretend they're going to fix it to no avail. People parking in your ONE assigned space leaving you with no where to park in the middle of the night. Kids screaming at murderous, anxiety inducing levels from the time they get out of school all the way up till 10 pm, running up and down your stairwell and leaving bikes/toys blocking your way out. Trash littered everywhere through the courtyard and overflowing from the dumpsters. Just generally a place that will absolutely lower your quality of life, I'd try anywhere else before here but if you must, hunker down and get ready for a long however many months long your lease is because your stay at “Garbage View” will be a long one.
The rent they charge for these the one and two bedrooms is over rated for the bad area it is in. There is actually assigned parking so they are wrong about the non assigned parking I have visited and had to park my car out of the property cause there is limited visitor spots so had to park by the street and then has my car broken into cause it's a very bad neighborhood, especially since they put up the new hotel that police monitor.
Great managers, great apartment for the price.I looked a long time for a place like this.I am so glad i rented from them. Thank you.
I rented here for a year and the owners switched about half way through. The new owners are terrible. They did not care when my rent went missing from the rent drop box and they illegally entered my unit. Do not rent from them!
