I’ve had a great experience as a resident at Hyde Square Apartments. They’re the most modern apartment complex I’ve ever lived at; the maintenance team genuinely does a great job at keeping things running as smoothly as they can, and I enjoy the location close to the stores I need.

1-) Unfortunately, they use Fetch. And it doesn't matter if we complain, Fetch knows we don't have a choice because we are forced by Hyde Square to use the service. Fetch knows exactly what they need to do, it is just what they promised: same day delivery. Instead, they take several days or weeks only to log the package in the system. If it was a free market, most of the people certainly would have cancelled the service and they would need to improve the service or go out of business. The only thing we can do is move out of Hyde, what seems exaggerated. I hope our legislators create a law to avoid this kind of abuse. If you read the reviews from 6 months ago, you can find the administration saying they will talk to Fetch. So, don't expect any improvement. 2-) About the building itself. They have 2 (really slow) elevators per building, but for some reason each one is in a different place, what is inefficient (you can't press the button and the closest come to you). Most of the time one of them is broken. (this is happening for years). 3-) It seems no one is taking care of the building. The garage has 3 leaking pipes for almost a month. (is it the reason the water/sewer bill is $200+?)

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that there has been heightened frustration around Fetch lately. Due to this, we were able to organize an onsite meeting for all of our residents to attend and meet with our Regional Account Manager from Fetch. I hope you were able to attend and have any pending questions or concerns you had answered. Regarding the buildings, we have the two elevators spread out so that there is one at each end of the building so that everyone has an opportunity to have a shorter walk to their home. I do apologize about the water in the garage, the water you saw was from us draining the pipes so that we could install new drains to ensure proper drainage in our green spaces for everyone to enjoy. I can say that these repairs are not the cause of the increase in your water bill though. The City increases its water rates from May to September so this is the cause. Good apartment community which is close to the Microsoft campus. Decent amenities and floor plans. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Quite a few bus stops are within walking distance. The rent is a bit high considering the location it's in.

The last month here has been strange. We signed our lease and got an acknowledgement that it's been signed (over email), yet we were charged higher rates for our as if we haven't signed it. Following up about this has seen a bunch of redirects and vacation notices and now we have to re-sign the same lease and just eat the extra cost that was charged on us (around 200$) because apparently the lease hasn't been signed but we still have the email acknowledgement that it was signed, so I am not sure how it is our fault. This, in addition to the maintenance fiasco outlined above has put a sour taste in our mouths. For the premium price this apartment is charging, it really hasn't delivered in the last few months.

Hyde square is a perfect place for those with high standards, short on time and want a place to relax in, if they have the money. First, it satisfies ones high standards with its luxurious architectural design & interior/exteriors. Second, its perfect for those short on time as they wont have to drive far looking for a gym/sauna/a quiet place to work, because Hyde square already has those in it. Great community. Open floor plans with plenty of light new stainless steel appliances are super quiet. Steam washer and dryer are a use plus. Deep bathtubs and soft close cabinets are a nice touch. Also amenities galore. Parking is secure and plenty of open spots.

I have been here six months and have enjoyed the excellent facilities and the staff have been v helpful. The yard work is well kept and beautiful. The location is great as you can walk to all stores easily.

Moving to the Hyde Square community has been a wonderful experience for me. Every concierge I've met so far is super friendly and helpful, it's a great pleasure to have professional staffs like them helping you out in the community. Hyde also uses well-designed online tools to make leasing and community management a whole lot easier. I would like to thank the concierge especially for helping me and my roommate delivering all our packages (almost 30 of them lol) to our unit before we moved in, it's really nice to have you guys with us!

Stay here if you don’t mind paying hidden costs, being lied to and being overcharged for everything. While signing the lease they told us they didn’t believe in reservations and that their amenities will be free. Now we’re 2 months into our lease and they’ve started charging exorbitant rates for using the clubhouse. Pretty darn unreasonable. I’m glad we signed the 10 month lease and will not renew.

We received high demand from residents to have the ability to reserve the Chefs Kitchen and the Game Room for private events. In response to the feedback, private reservations are now available to all residents with a $300 fee and a deposit that is refundable as long as the room is returned to its original condition. The vast majority of the time, both rooms are available to residents as we will only receive a couple of reservations per month. This will give residents options to use the space freely and/or privately on their own time. All amenities including the Rooftop Sky Lounges in A & B buildings, Game Rooms in B building are open 7 days a week. Hyde Square Team

Nice apartments, great amenities, leasing/management staff are not that helpful. If you can avoid them then living here is pretty nice. But if you do have any issues, it will be hit or miss on if/when your issue will get resolved.

Hyde Square is immaculately kept, has beautiful modern furniture in all of the amenity spaces, a huge gym, fun community events, and so much more. The staff really go out of their way to make sure that residents are having a good experience. For example, they hosted a classy evening event with a guitar player to bring all of the residents together. They are also hosting a cooking class in partnership with a local restaurant. This is an indication of going above and beyond. My leasing experience was great too- Nicole at the leasing office was super patient with us as we explored various options for layouts. She followed up with me to make sure I signed my leasing documents in time for my desired move-in date and was really helpful on the day of my move. Blake and Jose in maintainance leave no stone unturned and personally followed up with me regarding my maintaince requests. I would describe this as 5 star service.

Hyde Square is a new resident complex very close to Microsoft main campus. It has great amenities, large parking lots, and nice leasing office staff. The rent rate is average in this area.
