The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Huntingwood Apartments
We moved into Huntingwood a couple of weeks ago and love it so far. We got an apartment with a lake view and there is nothing like waking up to such a peaceful picture from our porch or even when sitting and eating breakfast. Melanie and Katie were so helpful in getting us through the application process and sitting down with us to help us. We are very impressed by the staff and the apartment. 10 stars!
I’ve sincerely loved my time here at Huntingwood! The community is quiet, neighbors are great, and the property management is always responsive and welcoming with whatever issues I have! Maintenance is timely, and they do what they can to the best of their abilities. For what I pay, I am very happy with what I receive here! I’m sad to have to leave, but life calls me elsewhere!
It’s a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The management company is available and helpful when you reach out. Good location.
Not even ONE STAR is the rating they deserve. Apartment was NOT READY FOR MOVE-IN until 6 months AFTER I had been paying rent there. I spent the first 5 months calling for maintenance, calling for repairs. Their maintenance team, unlike every other apartment complex where I've ever lived, does NOT allow tenants to request maintenance and schedule it for a convenient time. They just show up whenever they like, barge in, and complain if they have gotten tenant out of bed in the morning... they don't care if tenant works nights/sleeps mornings. I could sue for refund of 5 months rent, as this Stewart Langley crew did NOT honor their end of the lease. I respected ALL their rules, always paid in full, ahead of schedule, yet these jerks failed to renew my lease. Unbelievably poor service from these people. Rent at your own risk.
Upon moving in we weren’t too disappointed with the layout and living space. We aren’t too picky about updated appliances, flooring, etc. However our feelings for the apartment quickly changed. About a month of living there, our upstairs neighbors moved out and Langely decided to renovate the flooring of the upstairs unit. Before then we weren’t able to hear our neighbor very much but when a new tenant moved in we heard more than we needed to. The ceiling (their upstairs floor probably) creaks with every little step they make. My guess is they never installed insulation or do any sound proofing measures. My wife grew up with a big family and is used to loud noises and creaky ceilings/floors and she was astonished at how loud it is. One of the tenants upstairs had multiple people over late at night and would hear them move around the apartment at 2am often waking us up on multiple occasions. We had to move our bed to the second room because it was so noisy, even with a sound machine. It was so bad and loud my wife and I started questioning the structure of the building. Over time that neighbor left and our current neighbor isn’t as bad and isn’t up at odd hours of the night. But we can still hear her chat, walk around, and play with her dog on occasion. The walls are super thin too. Our next door neighbors often smoked and we would catch wind of it in our apartment when it was excessive. Which tells me nothing is insulated properly at unit 59. The walls and ceilings are so thing our dishes and oven often shake if our upstairs neighbor walks around too hard. Also, the bathroom gets mildew quick if not vented properly, even with the bathroom vent fan on. Theres also obviously been water damage on the inside of the ceiling since part of the wall slightly sinks a little lower than the rest. The only way to avoid getting mildew is to shower with the door open and vent on to let it properly vent. All in all, its definitely a cheaper option for a reason. Super thin walls, creaky ceilings, and poor insulation. If you don’t mind a very noisy apartment with outdated appliances by all means, go for it.
It’s a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The management staff is there to attend to your questions and concerns. They are very understanding and are always there if you need anything
Great apartments! Management is easy to work with, and very communicative.
These apartments are amazing! Great, quiet location, perfect for families and people who like peace and quiet. Great insulation means not a lot of noise from neighboring apartments. Apartments are well designed and spacious. Not super modern, but clean and nice.
