Their office is inept. Thought I was going to move here but I most definitely WILL NOT BE. Went and saw the apartments, they quoted a price, made all kinds of promises, agreed to extend the promo for 48 hrs til I got paid and 48 hours later when I called to apply they completely failed to follow through on their word. The $500 off of rent was now $300. Fine, whatever. Then they suddenly didn’t know if they were going to have an apartment for me in July now and “I never said when I was going to move in” when I know I did because I already have an apartment and a lease so I can’t get out of it sooner. It’s just insane. Every time I said something she had to put me on hold to ask her Manager and then the Manager was telling me she never said that. Just save your time and go somewhere else.

Got a corner ground floor with w/d and the covered parking spot right outside our door. The location is beautiful. The complex was very clean
Michelle was very helpful over the phone assisting me with finding a place to call home before I went out to the office.
Pros: It seems like a safe community and we love how quiet it is. The grounds seem well kept and the pool looks really nice. We like the natural light and the hard floors in the living area and kitchen. The communication we've had with the staff has been very positive and everyone is really friendly and helpful. Cons: The floor plan is smaller than what we've paid less for before (in another state). We were surprised to find the apartment much dirtier than we expected. It didn't seem like professional cleaners came in at all. There was (and still is) cat hair in the carpet, especially along the edges of the baseboards, as well as in the fireplace. There is dirt build up in the light switches and in other areas and dirty drip stains on the bathroom door. I hope when it comes time to move out, we won't be charged for extra cleaning. We received our full deposit back from our last apartment because we left it cleaner than when we moved in, and we will do the same here. I just hope the cleaning and move-out process is fair and honest.
Everyone needs to be able to communicate with the property staff and management team. I believe this team goes above and beyond the call of service for all their tenants.

Michelle is the BEST!!!! She?s the definition of great customer service and hard worker. It amazes me how she knows our names with out our apartment number. Nothing better that she can do. The other two ladies do not look approachable at all.

There is a problem with roaches in the shower drain so that has made me hesitant to recommend these apartments. They are beautiful and staff and maintenance are great but this is a huge problem in my eyes. There is no community laundry room and I think rent is too high for what they offer.
I would recommend this complex to friends because I like the location and the apartment itself is a lot nicer than what I'm used to
Cindy, Corrine jumpped thru hoops to get me Approved to step up to a bigger apt, after my lease expired, I was behind on submitted documentation, and they were patient. Waited a year to get a bigger place, good price.

I’ve been a resident for less than a year and maintenance is slow to fix repairs, the ladies in the office are rude and rush you off the phone, the walls are super thin I can’t wait until my lease is up.
I am a current resident who moved in at the time when Lincoln properties took over. It's been constant improvements exterior paint, landscaping/plumbing. New security patrol and new valet trash provider. And wow another added feature this new exterior lighting is amazing!
I will be renewing my lease if the rent doesn’t go up to much for a 2nd time because I have grown very fond of the professional staff office and maintenance as well as the work they have put into this property. They make living here great

This community is calm and clean and the office staff has a lot to do with that. They're very polite and helpful and even though at the beginning there was some miscommunication they more than made up for it.
I would recommend because I like this community. It is nice and quit and a good location to live however I have concerns on the timely manner of maintenance requests being taken care of
Ive noticed that the law enforcement appearance is a regular norm here but thats not axactly a bad thing 40 percent of the time, however i cannot say the same for or speak for someone else or how they might feel about the law showing up sometimes. I know i feel safer though.
Sierra is amazing!!! She helped me out so much! I had very little time to apply, sign my lease, and move in, and she did it all in less than 24 hours! She was great!!! This place is quiet and calm! I feel safe leaving early in the morning to work and when I get home really late as well. No problems with neighbors being loud or obnoxious!
I've been here six months now. I enjoy this place, the new owners have really started to make some positive improvements...weight machine in the workout room, trash service..painting of the apartments.
These apartments are located in a great area. You can't ask for more, everything you need is around you. To beat the heat here in Texas this apartment has two wonderful swimming pools. The staff is extremely patient and helpful. The maintenance staff is incredible. These guys work very hard to maintain grounds in our apartments. For a place to call home with safety and comfort, I would recommend these apartments to any one.
