We've also eliminated all pass throughs for utilities! While the owners don't live full-time in Richland, they are on site frequently and are very involved in providing an enjoyable lifestyle for our Residents as well as a pleasant work environment for our outstanding staff members. During their visits, the owners make themselves available to Residents to address any issues or concerns or just to say hi.
