The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 221 Stow Ave., Hudson Terrace Apts.
I lived here for 2 years. The landlord will NOT work with you at all once you get in. The rooms are nice and big but the walls and floors are thin and mail goes missing frequently due to the caliber of tenants. The worst of all was the bugs! Bugs of all types! Some are due to just being in a wooded area but also there are nasty pests such as roaches and bedbugs that never go away. They do exterminate but only like twice a year and it needs to be monthly. Cable is included but the wiring is REALLY old so it's very spotty and unreliable. The parking lot is huge but that's a BIG problem when it snows bad since theybolow when they feel like it. It wasn't uncommon to be stuck calling into work due to not being able to leave. Plus side, heating is REALLY cheap and efficient.
