West University was one of Tucson’s first subdivisions and has transformed into one of the city’s trendiest neighborhoods. As its name implies, the neighborhood is located directly west of the University of Arizona. Although the area is great for students and university employees, families are drawn to West University for its excellent schools. Property Ratings at Hub Speedway
Mice for over two weeks, water constantly turned off, elevator is always broke, many homeless people tried to follow me inside, and they moved me three times before putting me in apartment without telling the new roommates. Rent is extremely high for the tiny space you get. I’m in a luxury 1 bed now for the same price. Also charged $1,000 in move out fees for normal wear and tear.
Very much enjoying living here. Would highly recommend to any students of the university! The amenities are my favorite part about the building.
Moving in was really great, I enjoyed the mover moving in all my stuff. Everything went super smoothly. The apartment is super nice environment, very bubbly and refreshing.
The community is great and the amenities are nice. It is a smaller building so it is easy to get in contact with the staff and they are always helpful.
The apartment itself is nice, but management is a MESS. I can’t get an email response about damages to my apartment, get charged $900 for “repairs” and “paint” and a bunch of hidden fees they don’t tell anyone about. Definitely check out a different apartment if you don’t want to pay an extra $900 and deal with rude management who doesn’t care about the residents.
This apartment has amazing features in and out of the rooms. They have an awesome rooftop pool and gym. In the rooms they are spacious and have speakers in the shower heads which I find so cool and unique. So far i have had a good experience.
Great staff, amazing views, and a nice quiet apartment with pretty amenities. They just updated the gym and pool too so it looks very fresh!
