The staff is friendly, responsive, and always helpful. My apartment is modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. Living here has truly enhanced my college experience. I highly recommend Hub Minneapolis to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and community!

Hub Minneapolis offers modern, student-focused living with stunning views, great amenities, and a prime location near campus. The apartments are stylish and well-equipped, and the rooftop pool and gym are standout features. Management is responsive, and the community feels safe and vibrant—perfect for students and young professionals alike. I love the hub so so so so much!!! It’s gonna be sad to leave!

The building has most of what a student would need: a study lounge, decent Wi-Fi, a small gym, and laundry on-site. There’s also secure entry and package lockers, which helps with safety and deliveries. Parking is available but limited and can get expensive.

The biggest selling point is the location. It’s just a few blocks from campus, making it easy to walk or bike to class. There are plenty of nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, which is great if you don’t have a car.

The Hub is a really hip and cool place. I think that I made a great choice when I was looking for an apartment to live at while I’ve been in school! I am really going to miss this place when I have to leave :(.

Had an amazing tour at Hub Minneapolis! The team was so welcoming and made the experience fun from start to finish. They gave out free popcorn and awesome swag, answered all my questions, and really showed how much they care about their residents. I toured the Hub a few months ago and I loved the location and amenities! The view from the top floor was stunning! They were working on a giveaway that day and handing out girl scout cookies to residents, they were thorough with details and answered any questions I had! Loved all the free stuff I got too!

Compared to the other buildings near the UMN campus the hub feels like a premium place to stay with its well kept amenities and constant community events.

We spent a lot of time looking at many apartment options near UMN and the Hub stood out for location, quality of apartment, safety, and amenities (gym, pool area and community rooms). The staff members are friendly, professional and responsive. They have in-house maintenance to address issues quickly and a staff member on call after office hours. Over two years of living at the Hub and still enjoying a positive living experience.

I am a current resident. I love the amenities here! The rooftop hot tub has a great view of the full Minneapolis skyline and you can watch the Gophers play in Huntington Bank Stadium from the sky lounge!

I love stopping by the office and chatting with all the cool workers down there! They are all very helpful and they even sometimes have free stuff too!

As a student at the University of Minnesota, this is such a convenient location for me. Numerous eating establishments, public transportation, and east bank University buildings are all within blocks of distance. There's even a hotel right across the street which is super convenient when it is parents' weekend.

I really love the Hub! I had a very bad roommate situation in the dorms, so I moved out and found a 1 bed 1 bath here and I love it! The office and managerial staff are so nice and have been very helpful as this is my first time living on my own. Thank you Hub!

The hub has not one, but TWO super nice hot tubs! There's even one on the 26th floor that comes with such a nice view of the city! People are always super nice and friendly so it's never awkward, even if you are going by yourself!

The hub is in such a convenient location for students attending the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Not only is it right next to campus, but it is right next to the light rail, multiple food chains, and a couple of convenience stores! When it comes to location, Hub comes out on top!

I don't know if other apartment buildings are as frequent with this type of thing, but the hub has so many fun and interactive resident events! From bouquet-making to free massages, to even just coloring, I have so much fun at all of these events!

I often see the maintenance team around the building; they are very personable. They are always down for a friendly conversation, and I feel welcome within the building. When I make maintenance requests, they usually get completed within a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you maintenance!

I personally love it at Hub Minneapolis! The office staff is so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is very nice as well! I have had some issues with some appliances throughout my three years living at Hub, but each time, Trevor fixes any issues while showing me what he's doing and giving me tips to prevent any future issues! It's really nice to live in a building with staff that don't just look at you as a number. Thank you, Trevor!

This is the third property that I've lived at in this area and this one has been the most helpful to me BY FAR! I've been super skeptical because of issues in past living situations, so I scheduled a one-on-one meeting with the Property Manager, Emilie. She was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions, while not overwhelming me or confusing me with her responses. Thank you so much, Emilie! I am loving my time here at the Hub!

Not only is the office staff wonderful, but the maintenance team is so helpful! I was having issues with my microwave and Harry came in to fix it in a very timely matter. He fixed the issue and then explained to me what he did and why he did it so I would know what to do in case any issues arise in the future. Thank you, Harry, and thank you, Hub!

The hub is great! It is a bit pricey but pretty equal to surrounding properties; overall you definitely get more bang for your buck at the Hub. Amenities, location, views, and updates in units make it worth it! My favorite amenity is the private study rooms that allow me to get my work done in a quiet, private space!

I have lived here for the past 3 years and have signed to live here next year for a 4th year! I love all of the amenities especially tanning by the pool in the summer. I also love the location of the building as it is very close to all of my classes and close to a lot of food options. I definitely recommend living here!

Hub Minneapolis has the greatest location on campus! Not too far from Dinkytown and right next to the light rail! I also enjoy the amenities like the rooftop hot tub!

I really enjoyed living at the Hub. The amenties and apartment was super clean. My light stopped working and the maintenance team came really fast to fix it. Overall, it is a nice place.
