We spent a lot of time looking at many apartment options near UMN and the Hub stood out for location, quality of apartment, safety, and amenities (gym, pool area and community rooms). The staff members are friendly, professional and responsive. They have in-house maintenance to address issues quickly and a staff member on call after office hours. I am a current resident. I love the amenities here! The rooftop hot tub has a great view of the full Minneapolis skyline and you can watch the Gophers play in Huntington Bank Stadium from the sky lounge!

As a student at the University of Minnesota, this is such a convenient location for me. Numerous eating establishments, public transportation, and east bank University buildings are all within blocks of distance. There's even a hotel right across the street which is super convenient when it is parents' weekend.

I really love the Hub! I had a very bad roommate situation in the dorms, so I moved out and found a 1 bed 1 bath here and I love it! The office and managerial staff are so nice and have been very helpful as this is my first time living on my own. Thank you Hub!

The hub has not one, but TWO super nice hot tubs! There's even one on the 26th floor that comes with such a nice view of the city! People are always super nice and friendly so it's never awkward, even if you are going by yourself!

I personally love it at Hub Minneapolis! The office staff is so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is very nice as well! Not only is the office staff wonderful, but the maintenance team is so helpful! I was having issues with my microwave and Harry came in to fix it in a very timely matter. The hub is great! It is a bit pricey but pretty equal to surrounding properties; overall you definitely get more bang for your buck at the Hub. Amenities, location, views, and updates in units make it worth it! My favorite amenity is the private study rooms that allow me to get my work done in a quiet, private space!

Hub Minneapolis has the greatest location on campus! Not too far from Dinkytown and right next to the light rail! I also enjoy the amenities like the rooftop hot tub!

I really enjoyed living at the Hub. The amenties and apartment was super clean. My light stopped working and the maintenance team came really fast to fix it. Overall, it is a nice place.

I just toured the Hub Minneapolis and I was very impressed. The tour showed the model units and the amenities and there is a lot to do in this building. I am so excited to live here next year and use the hot tub on the roof. The units were very beautiful and had new appliances and great views. My tour guide was Maddy and she was very nice and answered all my questions.

I lived at the Hub this past year and everything was great. The maintenance guys were always so helpful if my apartment ever had any issues they always fixed it day of or day after. The gym is super nice and not too busy, the sauna and hottubs are amazing to use after working out. I like my unit too, I got a big room with corner windows which was so nice during the winter to get as much sunlight as possible.

Hub Minneapolis has a great location. It is located within close proximity of the light rail as well as various study spots on campus. The amenities offered are quite nice; the pool deck is superb for tanning in the summer, as well as offers a hot tub for chilly weather. The staff is friendly and welcoming and always keeps their complimentary fridge full of tasty and caffeinated beverages.

The floor plan options are endless. The views are fantastic. It's penthouse living at its finest. Fabulous amenities - hot tub on the top floor for those who rent on the upper penthouse floors. The staff is knowledgable and friendly (ask for Kaci). Don't miss touring this building and considering when looking for housing near campus. Close to everything - bars, restaraurnts, the train, etc! My daughter just renewed her lease for what will be her third year in this building. She's very happy here!

The Hub is a great place to live and the CA Kaci is super kind and helpful!! I really like the views from the 26th floor lounge and hot tub. I miss when the pool was open and can’t wait for this summer. The resident events are always really cool, they even had a free headshot event recently. I like that there is a security guard every night and appreciate the helpfulness of the office and maintenance staff. The light rail is conveniently accessible as well.

The Hub is a great luxury option on the UMN campus. The staff are very friendly and maintenance responds quickly to any requests. The gym has a wide variety of options and the sauna is a nice addition. They always put on cool resident events and give gifts like Bubblr. I would recommend it to everyone for the great views and location!
