A northwestern suburb of Detroit, Farmington is a small city with big opportunities and charm. Community traditions and jointly-operated programs often bring Farmington and neighboring Farmington Hills together, but Farmington is known for its downtown area in particular. Specialty shops and tasty eateries populate downtown in addition to Riley Park, which hosts an annual summer concert series called Rhytmz in Riley Park. Farmington Civic Theater is also located in Downtown Farmington, showing modern films in a historic cinema.
Should you choose to rent in Farmington, you will have the option to play arcade games at Marvin’s Marvelous Mechanical Museum, walk the trails at Shiawassee Park, visit the Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, play laser tag at Zap Zone Extreme, attend the annual Founders Festival, and participate in indoor sports at Total Sports Complex.
An equal distance from Detroit and Ann Arbor, Farmington is accessible to an excellent highway system.

Property Ratings at House of Botsford
I had a great time staying at this property. Although not fancy by any means, the apartment and public areas are always kept spotless and well lit. In the winters, sidewalks are plowed on a timely manner. Greg is one of the best managers I've met. The maintenance team is also very prompt and respectful. Repair requests are always performed the next day in my experience. The location right next to Grand River makes going anywhere a breeze. It is also safe here since there are hospital securities driving around constantly. One con is when there are people walking in the apartment upstairs, you WILL hear them.
I have lived here for 8 yrs. and and I love calling this place home. Greg the manager and his staff is respectful, polite and stays on top of the property up keep. All calls are answered promptly, and issues are addressed immediately. Botsford Apartments and Townhomes are a step above the rest! A.D.

I've lived here for 5 years, and it is the best place I've lived. The manager always calls me back if I have to leave a message in the office. The maintenance team is always prompt and respectful. The property is very well maintained.

We are very pleased that you enjoy living at The House of Botsford Apartments. We take pride in our team and know that they will continue to do a professional job.
I've always notice this community due to having had to visit a loved one at the Botsford Hospital. I have checked it out now for quite some time and decided when I was going to move again that I should now attempt to make this my new home. Well finally after calling and calling due to lack of availability, I was told there is an apartment available for me with everything I am looking for and more. I am jumping for joy and very excited about my move,.!
I have nothing but great things to say about the complex. From signing of the contract to everyday living. Very clean maintnance is speedy. The complex is very well kept up from the apartment to the grounds. Two thumbs up!
