The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Homestead Oaks Apartments
I have been in this place for 3 years and I’m very happy. Very affordable. Good school around. A lot of shopping store. The management is very helpful. Every time that I have a request they solve ir immediately.
Even something with beauty on the outside isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be. I originally moved here and i gurantee you that there’s no way they should have been leasing so soon. There were so many things that were not finished when i moved in. Nails and such sticking out of doors. Painted shut doors, counter tops that weren’t secured, etc. There is a thing( for lack of better choice word) here called “Quiet Time” where basically they say every resident needs to be quiet by ....Granted, everyone should probably be considerate of their “noise level”, but when you are a foundation community then chances are you have multiple units with kids! Try telling your kids no running and such.... I’m going to assume this rule is in place due to how CHEAPLY the building was made. You can hear every single detail of your neighbors private and not so private conversations, movements, and intimate settings....(Yes... I went there) The staff of the front office is on a high horse joke! That’s the nicest way to put it! As quick as they are to get you and your money in, they are even faster to get rid of you!!!! Every day you will have a notice about what violation you are in, such as leaving your mop outside your door to dry......or the notice will be about how gas is being swiped out of your vehicle, the use of marijuana, parties, and the list goes on! Hard to believe that such a “Beautiful Community” could have so much filth??? Plenty of people don’t clean up after their animals, parking spaces are way to small or everyone doesn’t know how to park! I could keep going but then it might turn into a book. If you are looking for serenity....look elsewhere. You’re welcome
Right next to 6 lane 45 mph street and whataburger. All that traffic noise and fast food smell - no thanks.
Beautiful apartments looks lovely and unique. Love the apartment style.
